Shipping to Germany was SO much easier than I expected! I will definitely use again!

I paid for 3-days shipping and it was delivered after 8 days.

Why was I charged next day pick up fee when it got picked up three days later.

Great service. Smooth delivery across border Canada to US. Easy online setup and tracking was good. Found the best price with this service. Arrived without issue.

Customer reps were always helpful. The packages were picked up on the set date and delivery estimates are on par with the service paid for. I think the cool parcel website can benefit from some upgrades. Also, I paid for updates on two orders and I’m only receiving updates for one. But all things considered, I think this is an excellent service and I’ll definitely be using it again.

This is the first time using their services.
I had a shipment going to Singapore with value around $4000. I selected UPS as courier, filled out all the necessary information and believed to be done setting the shipment up. Soon after I called Coolparcel for other information and I was casually told that for my shipment to be exported I must file an EEI form which is mandatory for the export of goods with value above $2500. If I did not call I would have never known of the need of the EEI filing and my shipment would have been rejected by Custom. To be noted is the fact that the UPS website provides the EEI filing which is missing from the Coolparcel website. To rectify the problem I spent a lot of time researching the proper procedure to prepare for the filing and had to contact UPS several times.

From making the reservation for the pick-up to receiving the package was efficient and easy! I would use Coolparcel again and recommend it to other people!

This is the 4th or 5th time that I have used Cool Parcel to ship a package to my daughter who lives in Australia. It is quick, easy and a lot cheaper than booking directly with the various carriers. You have many options to choose from for shipping.

I am able to track the progress and filling out the forms for customs is easy.

I highly recommend this service to anyone who ships overseas. No hassles!
