If I could rate a zero I would. Purchased 2 "fleece" blankets, I use the term fleece very loosley as the fabric was awful. The print came through from both sides of the top layer. I requested a refund and was refused, they will only reprint for an exchange. Now I'll be stuck with 2 crappy blankets I refuse to give to my kids. Buyer beware, terrible customer service.

TERRIBLE! They did not personalize the product correctly- isn’t that the whole point of this company!?! I submitted a claim for them to fix THEIR mistake and make it right, but they stated they would not do anything to make things right. I will NEVER use this company again. I do not suggest anyone to give this fake scam company any money. Thanks for stealing $50 from me and giving me the wrong personalized product. Obviously, they could see there was a mistake by the photos. Shame on them for not making things right. Find a better place that you can trust because you can’t trust this company at all!!!

Imagine in the middle of covid-19 they never responded and never followed up And were happy to take $120 + from me.. they don’t even know how long I saved to buy those gifts for my daughters.
