Ordered and paid for a print 7 weeks ago, emailed several times chasing my purchase, when receiving a response its just excuses and I keep getting the same dialog from the customer service person and no one can provide an answer. All I want to know is when my order will be posted. Extremely disappointed. Would never order again from this company or recommend.

Ordered two daughter blankets for my twin daughters months ago. Have chased several times, still no delivery!

I ordered a teeshirt for my daughter, but when it arrived it had the wrong month. I am not sure how the error occurred. Customer service gave a poor response, I am not able to respond to the emails. I have to submit through their website, still no resolution. I was told someone would contact me in 72 hours. It has now been 6 days and no one has contacted. Don't order from this company.

Ordered a TRiUMPh 2020 shirt. It took less than 10 days to arrive. Soft fabric with great finishing. Printing looks even better than their ad. Props to the production team!

Ordered from South Africa. They apparently delivered it but in GERMANY!! No feedback, just automated responses. Worst service / company ever. What should have been a beautiful present is the biggest waste of hard earned money.

My order was done on 03.09.2020, not received at all. Tracking number was wrong, unable to track my order. Claim completed and asked for refund but the company declined the refund and offered me another order. Really disappointed, unprofessional team

I’ve had good or bad experiences with other online sellers but only good ones with these guys. Their shirts are the highest quality I’ve found in that price range. Printing is crisp and stands out. I think I’ve finally found the best place to buy shirts.

I hate cool family tee. I have been waiting 7 months for my order and still haven't received it. I requested a refund, but they refuse to give me back my money. It was extremely expensive and such a waste of money honestly. I will never ever order again. They robbed me!
