Product is of excellent quality. They've maintained their strength and appearance over three years being used for weeks at the beach. Stands up to strong winds, too, and easy to set up and take down. Had one piece bend in an unexpected severe storm--but the rest of the structure maintained its integrity!--and the customer service team responded quickly and replaced the part. Without a doubt, the best quality and easiest to use shade device on the beach in all kinds of conditions!

We had an issue with our spike and the Coolcabanas company handled it amazingly! Our new one is on the way. We will definitely be purchasing again!

I am very pleased with Coolcabanas service on an order I prematurely placed. The order was entered by myself before checking the color and size with my wife. I was needing to cancel my order before it shipped as we had different opinions of product to order. My order was successfully canceled by Coolcabanas, and credit card issued promptly before shipping.I am grateful.I will be placing a reorder for correct size, and color later this week.

As a mom of two littles, going to the beach can be challenging. I have been to the beach many times with my cool cabana tent, and it has made my trips so much easier and pleasant. The tent is easy to transport and put up! Just enough shade for my family and I to enjoy a day in the sun!

I received a large Cool Cabana as a gift from my daughters who know I love the beach. It is fantastic! Super high quality and so very easy to use. These are worth the price - so don’t skimp on a cheap knock-off. Additionally , the customer service is outstanding. My cabana bag had some stitching issues and was unraveling- they immediately sent me a replacement. Shipping was super fast.
