For our standard sized items such as Cooker Hoods, Hobs, Microwaves and Mini Fridge Freezers, we offer a Free next working day tracked delivery service and for our larger items such as Ovens, Range Cookers, Washing Machines and Dishwashers we use a White Goods Delivery company who contacts you to make suitable delivery arrangements. Cookology is based in Haverhill, Suffolk having outgrown our premises in Bishop's Stortford on the Hertfordshire, Essex border, near London Stansted. We are an intimate company with friendly and helpful staff standing by to take phone orders, answer your emails quickly and give you advice on buying appliances for your kitchen. We never pressure customers into buying and the only people we share your details with are the courier companies and review companies we use.

Received my order for a sink strainer plug in quick time, however, although the strainer was a good fit the washer was to small and didn’t create a good seal so I have had to use washer from previous strainer to stop the water from draining!😤

Needed a smaller fridge
I needed a smaller fridge for a tight spot in my kitchen and Cookology was the only place that sold one at a decent price. Not only are their prices great but every step of getting the fridge was easy. Their delivery service was quick and the fridge itself is wonderful

A great freezer for my garage
A great freezer for my garage, pretty small in size but it's so roomy compared to the very old it replaced. Fantastic price. I ordered on Sunday night & it was delivered on Tuesday. Very happy with it

Outstanding Customer Service
We discovered a couple of scratches on our cooker hood when we unpacked it. We called Cookology straight away, the person on the phone couldn't have been more helpful, we were then contacted by a customer service assistant who resolved our issue. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. A replacement part was sent to us promptly and free of charge, we would definitely recommend this company.

Not happy with the purchase.big,massive disappointment
At first I was happy with the purchase, a fridge freezer. Or I thought so...Opted for a reversible door in particular.that was the reason I bought it.
When we got it, find out that we have to fix it somehow myself,turning the fridge and do whatever to change the door from one side to another. Big,big hassle for me ,aiynnoyed .
Also, the refrigerator cord is way too short so I need it an extension lead.
Wasted money amd time with this.really A massive 👎 👎 👎 👎 NO.
