The content was a joke. I had to rewrite most of the content as there were so many fillers. Instead of writing a personal statement for a scholarship letter, they wrote a generic essay and tried to pass it off as good. The essay was also filled with grammatical errors.
The writer did not go through my supporting documents or the answers to a questionnaire they insisted I fill out and send. After 2 tries and me asking them to use some of my content from supporting documents, they gave me a letter with my copy-pasted content.
Very disappointed in the final product. Not worth the money at all.
