Amazing Experience
1. Bhakti (the tutor) is an absolute legend. Amazing patience and continued engagement.
2. Flexibility of classes - no questions asked to postpone or cancel class.
3. Amazing support team - for class coordination, advice queries.
In the end it depends on what is the objective you are enrolling your kid . Ours was to get the ball rolling and have an edge over her peers. No pressure, no homework, no follow-up (but play math, real life example, car games).
Suggestion: you guys should have country specific measurement/rating scale for the kids but only for parents. To see the progress of your ward.
Note : Holiday time hence cancelled classes but we will surely look you up later.

I had tried few online classes…
I had tried few online classes platforms before signing up with connect2learn so it was a tried and tested option. Veronica responded promptly to my queries and requests. The teacher she recommended for my kid’s demo class was very energetic and patient. It’s been many months we have been using this platform for online classes. I highly recommend Aasiya for her aptitude and knowledge.It all because of her support that my kid’s grades improved from C to straight A’s. On my recommendation my friends have also enrolled their kids and whenever we meet we discuss that how relieved we are for such great teachers and technical support while enjoying the comforts of our home.

I paid the full amount but my daughter hasn’t received a single proper class. The service is completely unprofessional — no responses, no curriculum, and no support after taking the money.
I am extremely disappointed with Connect to Learn and the level of unprofessionalism I experienced. I paid for my daughter’s tuition with the clear expectation that she would be supported for the UK Year 6 SATs, but the team repeatedly failed to deliver. They first shared the US SAT curriculum, and even the maths tutor suggested using US SAT books, which are completely irrelevant to the UK syllabus.
Despite many promises, no one ever followed up. I was told I would get a call on Sunday, but no one contacted me. When I phoned to ask for the complaints procedure, the call was put on hold and disconnected. I was even told that they “can’t provide complaint details because they are working from home,” which is unacceptable.
Messages were read but ignored, and calls went unanswered. Yet, they continued sending class invitations without providing any clarification or curriculum plan.
This service has been a complete waste of time, extremely stressful, and not at all suitable for children preparing for the UK SATs. I cannot recommend this company and strongly advise parents to be cautious. I am now seeking a refund and a proper explanation for the poor service.

One to one coding classes are the best
The one to one classes format work really well for my child. It means that the teacher can pace the lessons to his needs and he has thrived in this mode of learning. The teacher has been able to extend and challenge him, thus keeping him interested and excited for his next class. His teacher has shown so much patience with him...hats off to her! I am really impressed with the growth I have seen in my child.
