Best customer service I have had from any company in a long time.
Had a slight problem with delivery that was sorted quickly by a very easy to speak to customer service who very efficiently arranged a new delivery of the items I had ordered.

Stop here for leaf mould
Leaf cage arrived well packaged and in good condition.It is sturdy and unlikely to blow away.Its easy to put together and comes with a diagram for different shapes.My only issue was I found the plastic ties rather small and difficult to use.However I'm happy with the product even though it's a bit expensive and I will buy another as I have a lot of leaves.

I returned an item for a refund, and I have never received the refund. I also had to pay to return it. Be aware of this scam.

Great service great product
I've never had such quick responses from.a customer service team. I had a few enquires before I bought the cage and another after it had arrived.
The product has been great so far with my 15kg+ puppy. It's really diverse compared to a crate. I'm currently using it as a back gate at my grandads.
