Excellent!!! I would rather untangle a giant ball of Xmas lights than try to negotiate my way through the complexities of the mortgage system but thankfully my husband and I didn't need too. Our adviser, Jennifer McKenna, was absolutely marvellous at taking the whole process off our shoulders and turning what might have been a nightmare into a smooth, hassle-free experience. In arranging equity release, I was taken through every step of the process, with full discussion along the way. Everyone involved was very professional and able to answer queries. This was also concluded speedily and efficiently, taking approx. four months which makes the date of the experience misleading. I would not hesitate in recommending Concept Finance to others.

Jennifer Mckenna was a real star during my mortgage application process and I am sure I wouldn't have been able to buy my first flat without her help.
