I am so glad I found this company. Daniel,Pippa and the fitters were so helpful and friendly. The fitters arrived on time and took only minutes to fit the blinds. Everything was done to perfection. Very competitive pricing. I will be recommending them to friends and family.

My experience with this company has been terrible. I ordered my blinds in March 2023 and it’s now October 2023 and I still have not received them. I have finally cancelled the order and only today got my refund after several calls and visiting the shop to get my money back. Please do not buy your blinds from this company. It’s unprofessional!!

Nothing but positive feedback for Daniel and the team, the whole process from initially measuring up through to fitting was seamless. Daniel is super responsive and we are really pleased with our new shutters. Will definitely be using Complete Shutters and Blinds again when we decorate the rest of the house.

Daniel and his team at complete shutters have done an amazing job with my shutters on my windows. I've had so many compliments, they really have made the house look so much better . They are very easy to use. They have been fitted so well. I'm very happy with them. They are very competitively priced.

Great experience - much nicer to work with a simple person throughout at a smaller place like this (as opposed to bigger companies). Nice & smooth installation process - and when I ruined some of the glue by accidentally touching it after they left, they just popped by and re-did it with no complaints :)

Honestly I couldn’t be more impressed with the team at complete shutters. We knew we wanted to support a local buisness and Daniel came over and measured everything and talked us through the entire process. The team I spoke to on the phone were brilliant and kind.

Would 110% use again and would recommend to friends and family.

DO NOT USE THEM . I had such a horrible experience with them . They are incompetent, rude , they take your money with no intention of delivering shutters . I been waiting 6 months for mine and still nothing so took action . Seriously don’t waste your time and don’t let them fool you . You will regret it . Horrible service and they will tell you all the lies in the world and take you for a mug. Shocking customer service I’m amazed the 2 morons (I was asked to remove their names) running this game of ripping people off and still in business . Bunch of thief’s . See all other reviews on 1 star and they tell the same story , dont keep appointments, take your deposits , don’t call you or update you . They make lies on lies and tell fabricated lies on why they don’t show up for appointments or why shutters are delayed . They say they will call you back in 20mins and don’t ever call back. It’s a joke to be honest. DO NOT TRUST THEM , take your money elsewhere. SERIOUSLY ..YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED .

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Daniel and his team.
When I contacted them to install shutters for my bay window, he gave me an excellent breakdown of the different styles I could opt for.
He came out to measure within 2 days and the team having come to install them today. It took less than an hour, they were very professional and respectful of my home.
I couldn’t recommend them more, they look brilliant. Thank you so much.

Complete Joke
I ordered my shutters in March of 2021- no, that's not a typo- I have been waiting for OVER TWO YEARS for my shutters after a partial fitting left me with paper blinds at my windows.
After one year, they did indeed refund me for the window which remains shutter-less, but assured me that they would be able to supply and fit the outstanding shutters to apologise for the terrible service.
How naive of me. There have been numerous delays, errors in their own measuring, excuses ranging from car accidents to illnesses. The most recent excuse was that my order measurements got lost- after coming to visit my house again to measure and re-order with a 9-10 week lead time, here I am again 27 weeks later with no shutters. To make matters worse I am in the process of selling my house and now am not sure that we will have completed before the shutters are fitted. This is over TWO YEARS since my initial order, and SIX MONTHS since I was assured that we would have this resolved.
Communication from this company is completely non-existent. Hoping that posting on here may garner some sort of response given that emails, texts and phone calls are all ignored.

Danny came round to give me a quote I decided to proceed. He was £900 cheaper that another company that quoted me. He measured all windows I accepted the quote he re-measured and showed me all the samples he,was patient whilst i was deciding the colour. I choose misty grey. The wait seemed long when I ordered but IT WAS WELL WORTH THE WAIT two lovely young gentlemen came to fit they were polite, clean, tidy. Also neat work they cleared up as they went along they said I hour for fitting but it was less, i can say definitely a job well done. I cannot wait to place my order for upstairs. Highly recommend Complete Shutters in South Woodford. The owner Danny kept me informed about my order. The installers fitted shutters in 3 rooms today. They were professional, thorough & tidied up after. The shutters were competitively priced & look amazing.

We had an excellent service, quality product and well fitted plantation blinds - we couldn't be happier!

Once we got in touch with the company, measuring for the shutters was quick & seamless and we were kept up to date as to when we should expect the fitting to take place.

On the day, the fitters were very professional and very respectful of our home and also comfortable with our dog barking at them while they went to work! They were easy to talk to and very knowledgeable when discuss the fitting as well.

The shutters are excellent quality and really bring a touch of class to our home. We also found them to be very well priced which was the icing on the cake. We're extremely happy with everything from start to finish and we cant recommend this company highly enough!!
