We would recommend the services we received from Complete Estate Agents, from the day we started until we moved. We were kept well informed by Tegan on how well the viewings went and the feed back. When we had an offer and it fell through, Tegan was back on to vewings and within a month we had another offer which we accepted. Tegan helped us to keep update with the other buyers and
was there if we had any problems.

We put our trust in Complete to know the Cranbrook Exeter market. We sold our flat at a time when there was a dip in the market as landlords were off loading stock due to the recent changes in rental regulations.
It required a lot of input from regarding viewings and a sales chain that collapsed that couldn't proceed. First time buyer needed a lot of guidance to help progress the sale to it's conclusion. All the Cranbrook office staff were aware of all the sales details. Alison progressed chased all the parties involved when things appeared to be stagnating; normally due to one party thinking they were waiting on the other. They went the extra mile whenever we made requests of them. Remember estate agents don't control the price you will sell your property for, that's your decision you make when you consider any offers made. They earned their money in this difficult area of the market.

From our initial meeting with Dom it was obvious he was passionate about selling our house and really knew the market. We had pretty much decided before he left our meeting that he was the right person to deal with.

I cannot rate Complete enough. We had been battling with our previous estate agents for over 6 months, chasing up feedback and any progress in the market. Complete offered a friendly and personal approach with weekly updates on the market, the area and our feedback from viewers. They have chased up loose ends from our previous estate agents and always offered friendly support. We first reached out to Finlay who gave us everything and more we needed to know, things I hadn’t been aware of even when being with a previous agents beforehand. A huge thanks Tia who offered us friendly and officiant support, it’s a little thing but Tia knew all of our names even when bumping into her out and about. Ryan and Alison were always on the end of the phone when needed, huge thanks to all.
