Sorry if you find our 20p to win £5,000 competitions too expensive.

Obviously, we have to make the odds reasonable for the competition. Otherwise, we would be running the competitions at a loss. If we did that, we wouldn't be able to keep donating much-needed money to support charities and care workers, who are grateful for the donations our members help us make.

Also, for context, you have spent less than £114, and some of those tickets were to win thousands of pounds. Although you didn't win, we did have winners for those competitions, and all these have gone towards us giving away over £27,000,000 so far (an amount the whole team has worked hard to achieve).

We'd also like to reiterate that we can't guarantee everyone will win; it is a gamble, but we do guarantee winners for every competition. No pushback on the dates, no rollovers, no changing the prizes, guaranteed draws and guaranteed winners.

That's not how we receive 5-star reviews all the time.

People like the hard work and effort our team put into Competition Fox, making it an outstanding experience. They like the transparency, the great prizes, the great community, the fast delivery and the exceptional customer service (if I do say so myself).

Fortunately, most people understand it's a game of chance, and even compromising a review due to not getting a win will not influence Google Random Number Generator, as it has no affiliation with Trust Pilot or our website.

We have around 2,000 winners a month and we do allow people to play once they have had a win. So some people will put their winnings back onto the site and try and win again, and that happens.

We go live 5 days a week to show transparency, and the draw is done live on Facebook. We also show the entry list on all competitions (this is also updated in real-time) so you can see the entrants as soon as tickets are sold. You can, therefore, see all of the people who have tickets for any competition at any time BEFORE the competition closes.

We do have a lot of people with the same surnames (as people invite the family to play) and initials (as some people like not to shout about the fact they won £20,000 cash as it can get people asking them for money). We allow people to use their initials as well (this allows people who work in public services and roles where they need to maintain a low social profile to enjoy the Competition Fox experience. Just because you may see the initials S.S. win more than a few times in a month doesn't mean it's the same person. It could be Steven Spielberg or Sylvester Stallone.

If you do have any suggestions on what we can do to make the experience better please let us know, but we won't be limiting anyone to just 1 win. We love getting winners, and we are not slowing down.
