Hi someone recommend me to John for Operating Licence i contact him and he was so fast to send me invoice to pay for his service he offered i paid on 15/05/2024 but he didn't reply to me in the next 4 months i was keep asking and from his side totally ignorance then one of my friend other friend he did the same with him and he send a court letter then he refunded to him and then he answer my calls and replying to my messages then after 6 months in October 2024 he just submit the application and did nothing in result my Operating Licence application refused. Because he didn't done his work properly and not honestly. please don't use him even he offer you free service. because time is money and he waste time and money too.

Stay well away from this company Compass.

THIS company is professional and they are very confident in Transport Law and can help with there knowledge of the PSV industry and Hualage Industry and have a ton of experience in dealing with the Traffic Commissioner and would recommend Compass Transport Solutions for Audits and Transport Manager duties

John provided a brilliant CPC session at our site which is conveniently less than half a mile from his house. That said he still arrived 30 mins early to get set up and familiarise himself with our site.
All my drivers commented it was the best cpc they had done compared to online courses and travelling to mixed classes at other locations. Keeping people interested for 7 hours is hard especially on a Saturday when staff really don’t want to be in work but John easily achieved this with his presentation of the course.
We have now booked in another 4 further cpc sessions throughout the next 3 months to bring all drivers up to date and had a very competitive quote for an audit from John mid year. Quick response via email and WhatsApp with any questions.
