Luke was brilliant, I bought an engagement ring having known nothing about diamonds, rings, prices, valuations etc. Having managed to educate me on everything I needed to know he was able to guide me to the perfect engagement ring! Overall buying experience was extremely enjoyable and will 100% use again! Not only this but took it upon himself and the company to change the size of the ring until it fitted perfectly as part of the service!

Do not hesitate! I purchased the ring of my dreams and I could not be happier. If you have hesitations about purchasing online - don't! I live outside of the UK and received my ring via courier and any questions I had at any time were answered within minutes. I will be purchasing more jewelry :)

Great, honest advice from people who know what they are taking about. Good customer service and was kept well informed throughout and everything shipped and delivered when scheduled despite the postal strikes. Most important of all is the wonderful quality of the jewellery below the price I would pay on the high street for equivalent items.

in November i was looking for something special for my husbands 50th birthday, something simple but that would show my love for him and I chanced across this company and ordered a lovely mens platinum diamond ring.

Louise contacted me straight away when I ordered and remained my personal contact, She was there to answers any questions or queries and ensure a smooth process!

The ring arrived today and is truly stunning, beautiful and more than I could have ever imagined, they also kindly engraved it free of charge.

The aftersales care I have received has been incredible, they have kept me sane with my panics, made me chuckle and will even provide one free ring size adjustment if needed, which I am hopeful won't be required.

I cant wait to give this to my husband for his birthday this Saturday (7/1/23)
