It's a good holster, but...
Nicely packaged, well made but not a fan of the synthetic backing on the holster. I prefer a heavy leather backing.

Great product
Great product. Definitely recommend. High quality kydex, multiple accessories included providing several holstering options. However, Insufficient assembly instructions plus no online YouTube video to reference for assembly are reason for one star deduction. Headsup to others, the holster did not have a sufficient cut out to accommodate Berreta’s extended magazine release causing some manual cutout rework by me to stop recurring magazine ejection upon reholsering.

I would really like to give 5stars…
I would really like to give 5stars because I love my holster and refuse to use safariland due to the slow draw. My only knock is for lvl 3 duty on Walther pdp, it does not have optic hood option to keep my optic clean as I work in a dusty environment. If I could send it in to get a hood for my optic it would be perfect.

Major product line not in stock…
The QLS adaptor plate I ordered was shipped in what I felt was a timely manner, but I had to cancel my holster order and order one from Midway USA. The company represents its level III holsters as being the top product they offer, yet it takes more than two months lead time to get one for a Glock? That’s just not going to get it done in my opinion. I ended up getting a Comp-Tac holster anyway since Midway had it ready to ship, but if this hadn’t been the case, I would have fell back on Safariland.

Glad you were able to find what you were looking for through Midway USA - going through an authorized dealer such as Midway will almost always result in getting the gear faster than ordering direct. As the manufacturer, we do not maintain inventory and instead build to order. However, our lead times are 8-10 business days, with some CT3's possibly taking a maximum of 16 business days depending on order flow, not two months. Regardless, enjoy the gear and feel free to reach out if we can assist with anything else!

The holster is a terrible fit with the x300u light. It snags every-time I drawl and that’s after loosening the retention screws to the point they almost fall out.

Hey Matthew, do you have the X300U-A, or X300U-B? The holster you ordered was specifically for the X300-A. The "B" variant has a knobbed thumbscrew that will drag down the side of the holster if the molding was specifically made for the "A". The product I ordered was supposed to be universal to other holsters and was not even a universal fit to a safariland holster platform!

Thank you for your review! The SQR is not compatible with the Safariland system and is really designed around CT and HSGI products.
