Great service, from the day we sent details across to getting a call to say money has been recovered was super speedy. 17 day!!

My wife and I have been using CDI for well over two years now on both a personal and business basis. I can say with all honesty that the service we receive from Ian and the whole team is second to none and the speed at which they respond to enquiries is brilliant. My requests for credit checks are usually answered within a matter of minutes. On a personal level the team have been instrumental in obtaining back rent owed to us in our capacity as landlords where we thought there was little chance of success. We would wholeheartedly recommend CDI without any hesitation.

Not going to lie I had my doubts, but they have worked hard and kept me updated all the way and have managed to get me money i was owed from a bad depth. They are also working on another 2 cases for me and I have 100% faith they will get the money owed to me in due course as its not a 5min job.
Would be more than happy to recommend you anyone that's owed money from bad payer's.

I am very disappointed with the service I have received from Commercial and Domestic Investigations.

From the outset, very little progress was made on my case and it quickly became clear that things were going nowhere. Despite paying for their services, there were no tangible results delivered.

What I find most concerning is that at no point was I made aware that the contract would automatically renew. This was never pointed out and I had to specifically request over the phone for the renewal to be removed — something that should not have been applied as a default in the first place.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to report bad debtors, how they recovered many debts and gave me regular updates of the status of each debt they were chasing.

Just concluded my services with these scammers.
Charged extortionate fee for annual.service and produced absolutely nothing in return.
No reports, proof of chasing or emails to debtors? Even when asked.
3 seperate debtors and no money recovered.
Read these reviews, take note and save your additional money.
You will end up spending more through CCJ so don't listen to their BS. Thieves who pray on vulnerable companies.
Go through moneyclaim via HMRC a lot easier and cheaper.

This is a completely SCAM!

They approach small businesses where they find your details on Companies House and will charge you £500.

They tried to force me to spend another £500 and I have had no detailed report on any work on my account where they are trying to recover over £40k of my money.

I had a three accounts that have recently been causing me concern for a number of months now. It’s been a nightmare if I’m being honest. I have used another company previously (who will remain anon) but they didn’t have any joy and didn’t seem to care either.

Fast forward a few months and we’ve now managed to recover a large portion of the funds, with the remainser to follow in a few weeks. It did take a while for it to start coming through, but suppose I was just being impatient.
