I wish I had read these reviews before ordering.
I had no idea they were just a glorified Temu brand and that they were coming from China.
I ordered them over a month ago and after numerous unanswered emails, they finally arrived yesterday. Mens XL was what I ordered. Whatever the real size is of the shorts they sent me, they are nowhere near XL. I'd be surprised if they're even L. In short, I will never order from this ridiculous company ever again. Money lost. Lesson learned.

The item wasn't shipped until 2 weeks after the order was made. Received constant emails trying to get me to purchase more items before shipment. Item took almost 4 weeks instead of the stated 10 - 15 days for delivery, and too late for why I ordered the item in the first place. The item description and picture were different than what was stated (no drawstring or compression liner for the swim suit). I wish I read all these negative reviews before ordering. Seems like they are only in business to sell and not to support customers. Sad.

Order took forever to receive despite their claims. Size didn’t fit so I asked to return for a refund. Automated reply that they got my request and would respond in 1-3 business days. It’s now been over 14 business days without a response. I’ve emailed 4 times, same result. No other way to contact them. They should follow through on what they claim. Also site brags about superior customer service, that they strive for customer satisfaction, etc.

Sizing is all wrong. I checked the size chart before ordering and to be safe I ordered an Xlarge women's shorts. The items finally arrived and from the size chart the waist was listed 36-39 in. The shorts that arrived were a 34 inch waist. Big difference! Tried to return and received no response from several emails. Finally submitted a claim to Paypal and was denied and found in seller's favor. Tried to appeal in Paypal and couldn't find the appeal option. Contacted Paypal with no response. Very disappointed with both Comfy Shorts and Paypal.

Worst company around. I have received after 3 weeks my order!! The item is too big I have written more that 15 emails in the last month to ask them to exchange them for a smaller size or to send me where I need to return them for a refund.
Always the same answer we will get back to you within 2 days. NOTHING.
They are a total SCAM!!! DON’T BUY FROM THEM.

I was dumb and didn’t look up reviews before getting sucked into their Facebook ad. The website says orders ship within 10 days. Maybe they do but it’s from outside the US. Finally received mine after about a month. It took me contacting them via Facebook messenger to even get tracking info and that was somewhat complicated as they insisted I would’ve received a confirmation number. I did not. I did receive an absurd amount of emails wanting me to add to my order.

So on to the actual shorts….material is soft. But they definitely do NOT fit as they should at all. Mine are extremely tight. One pair I can’t even get on. Not even bothering with trying to exchange them though after the whole fiasco with just receiving them. It’s almost fall now so it’ll be way too cold by the time I could get them, if I even get new ones.

I am so mad that I fell for this purchase without reading reviews first. It’s been 15 days and the item has not been shipped. Meanwhile my inbox is being aggressively bombarded with suggestions to add to my order for more discounts. I am not counting on ever getting my shorts.

I placed an order and received it in the time given however I contacted the company through email to return the shorts the next day. I received am automated reply and have never heard from them again. I have emailed 3 times. Terrible customer service.

Placed an order on 7/14/25, never received an order confirmation on email, etc. Immediate charge to my CC. But, do receive constant text messages about sales, etc., so I know they have my info. Sent 2 emails & 2 phone messages about my order, NO response whatever from the company after 1 week. Received refund through my CC company.

I ordered 2 pairs of men's shorts on 6/24/2025. They immediately charged my credit card in full. Amazon, Walmart, Target, BestBuy, Kohls etc. don't charge your credit card until your order has shipped! After less than a week went buy, my order information & tracking info disappeared. The company never replied to multiple emails. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS FOR GOOD!!!! THEY IMMEDIATELY CHARGE YOUR CREDIT BEFORE ANYTHING IS SHIPPED. THESE AREN'T PENDING CHARGES UNTIL YOUR ORDER SHIPS, THESE ARE POSTED CHARGES!!! THEY USE YOUR $ TO ORDER ITEMS FROM CHINA. THATS WHY IT TAKES SEVERAL WEEKS OR SEVERAL MONTHS TO GET YOUR DELIVERY, IF YOU GET ONE AT ALL!!! PUT THIS COMPANY OUT OF BUSINESS NOW!!! WHY WOULD ANYONE ORDER ANYTRHING FROM THESE THIEVES?? THEY DON'T INFORM YOU UNTIL AFTER YOU PLACE THE ORDER, """AFTER""", THAT IT WILL TAKE WEEKS OR MONTHS TO DELIVER.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a pair of shorts. They sent the wrong color. I contacted them several times for an exchange and/or refund, during the 30 day return period. I received a standard "we will contact you soon" response every time and nothing else. My most recent email to them was not accepted by their email server.

I too wish I had read these reviews. I specifically checked where this company was located because I’ve had big issues with clothes saying made in USA and located in the Carolina’s. Listed a California address. Well my surprise when I get notice it’s being shipped from China. Long story short. Never received. I went to USPS because it says they are now the carrier. They can’t find the package because of overseas tracking numbers. Company and tracker says delivered. I was here and my ring shows no package delivered at the time they say it was delivered. Tried to dispute with PatPal. But I’m out of my money. Horrible company. They said the had corresponded with me. Yea with the same canned email saying they just give it time. Don’t buy from them.

Unlike others I did receive exactly what I ordered but it did take around 4 weeks to arrive. The size fit fine but they are cheaply made from spandex and polyester. Not breathable during the summer for sure. They are like biker shorts and yes, THEY STILL RIDE UP between my thighs. Would return them for sure but not worth the hassle.

Worst delivery service I have ever experienced in my life! I have been waiting for over a month now literally for my shipment. I am so frustrated with this place and literally cannot get a hold of anyone to get help or right a review at all. It’s not a good experience at all. I will never order from them again and I have not even been able to see or wear the items so I can only imagine what quality they are going to be since dealing with this.

Where do I start? I ordered two pairs of the comfy stretch twill shorts. These took over a month from order to delivery. When I asked twice via their email address if they can check status of shipment I received no response nor update. I was able to track the shipment via a link they sent, however as it came from China it was stuck somewhere and again in customs for a long period before getting shipped to me. This is my first complaint.
Regarding the shorts, they run very, very small. I washed them on cold gentle, dried them flat and they are very snug and short and tight. Beware these are not 4" shorts, they are more like 2-3" (and I am petite). If you choose to order from this company which I do not recommend make sure to order one size up at least.

If I could leave no stars I would. Please do not order anything from this site. It's a scam at every level. There is no customer service for cancellation or questions about an order. There is nobody that will respond to a message or email. I still have not received my shorts or a response from the company. SCAM

I wish there was a zero star to give!!!! Beware of this company! Total scam! Wish I would have read the reviews before buying from this company! The product did not look anything like what was sent to me. The product that was sent to me looks cheaply made. I have tried multiple times to contact this company so that I can send the product back and get a refund but I just get the same bot text reply everytime.
