Comfybeds 

Company great. Delivery partners they use let them down. Be warned. Placed a large order for our holiday let cottage and made arrangements for someone to be at the property from 6.30am on a Saturday morning to take delivery. Several calls to both Comfybeds and D4U who they use confirmed the time slot and stressed the importance of the delivery as guests are booked in for the delivery evening for a week. At 8.17pm the night before, we received this email. All offices closed! Not impressed and order may now have to be cancelled.

Absolutely appalling
This company has a delivery company that is inadequate.
If they are unable to deliver and getting through to a human to ask for a refund is impossible.
They use email and live chat to impose their immoral ways on the customer.
Their live chat is rubbish and of course with emails you are at the mercy of their timing.
Their inadequate delivery service is run by a company called D4U, I have had two differing stories from the delivery company and comfy beds as to why they didn’t deliver when promised, one involving the death of a mother in law and one about not having taken delivery of it from retailer.
Lies and more lies have been thrown in my direction now I want my £372:50 returned so I can order from a different company.

Bought wrong bed online, told company within hour or so after ordering, they charged me over £20 to refund, that was over week ago and they still have NOT refunded me. In my experience i would NOT recommend
Very unhelpful and not understanding what so ever
The length of time its taking for refund is totally unacceptable, when it should only take min's to process and a cheek to charge

Bed besteld en betaald, nooit gekregen! Oplichters! Trap er niet in. Ik ga er werk van maken..
Ik heb de eigenaar, Murat Olgun, een aangetekende brief gestuurd waarin hij de gelegenheid heeft gekregen binnen 14 dagen het geld terug te storten omdat hij niet op de afgesproken leverdatum geleverd heeft. Wij hebben nog steeds geen geld ontvangen en we laten het er niet bij zitten!

Waarschijnlijk opgelicht, boxspring besteld maar daarna niks meer vernomen. Telefoon wordt niet opgenomen, op mails en ook chat wordt niet gereageerd. Op zelfde kvk staan ook nog andere bedrijven zoals kozijnen bedrijf. Koop hier dus niet. Hoop mn aanbetaling nog terug te kunnen krijgen.
