Renewed the day before it was due for renewal. Time zone difference would mean no more than 2 hours before—not 24 hours before. Then they should have put the date they were going to renew in the information emails. I’ve never had this experience with international companies, but because I’ve now had it with this company, it’s all the more reason not to trust them.

It took over D drive and wouldn't allow me to do anything with it.
Storage showed it was taking up 275 GB of my storage In D drive which was exact size of all the apps etc that were saved there.
Removed it restarted PC and now everything running perfectly like it was 3 weeks ago before a friend downloaded combo cleaner ....

I didn’t expect much at first, but Combo Cleaner really impressed me. It found malware on my Windows laptop that my old antivirus completely missed. Cleaned it up fast and my system’s running way smoother now. Worth it.

Found the link to ComboCleaner on a webpage specifically about getting rid of "goodtosearch-dot-com," which has hijacked my browser and redirects to "potterfun-dot-com". Downloaded it and ran a scan. It couldn't find the malware or hijack. Maybe okay for some things, but no help to me. Uninstalled.

i dont even have this on my computer or even ever heard of them and they charged me for something i never used or heard of

HORRIBLE COMPANY. The software is absolutely useless. Emails are getting ignored. The internet and their Facebook page (reviews) tells the whole story. They do NOT honor their promise of the money-back-guarantee! STAY AWAY! They tell you to check your email, BUT they never sent emails back! Nothing, not even IN THE SPAM FOLDER. Bunch of liars and cheaters. Luckily I paid with PayPal and got my money back! If they answer this one here, they will say: Our support is via email, we sent it, check your email. This is all BS. Give your head a shake, RCS Software, company is sitting in Lithuania. The certificates on their web page are all bogus, i.e. "PC RISK is their own department, You know the rest is bogus too.

I asked for a refund because they said they would give unhappy customers a 30-day refund, but they never gave me it. I really needed that money and it hurt me that they would not provide a refund. All they do when I ask is ignore me.

So I finally decided to buy combo Cleaner to see if it really worked. And no, it did not, after trying it out, I still had a browser hijacker, and during all this time, I was contacting support to help me. I decided to ask for a refund. After a few days of delay, they gave me the full refund

I purchased a subscription to combo cleaner,But this software gave me a bad experience.
First, after I use combo cleaner, I can't use google anymore. Than my device become too slow. To be honest,It is really not worth buying.

I had an a real mess to deal with and customer support were amazing. I should mention that I am clueless in terms of technology but I was professionally guided through the process (by Neringa) and the problem has been solved.

Very helpful removing viruses from my computer - I had a browser issue with Chrome. And easy to cancel! 100 percent recommendation!

My safari and Chrome browsers started redirecting to bing despite the fact that Google was set as my default search engine. Downloaded Combo Cleaner and after a scan it showed 8 malware infections. Removed and don't have any problems now. Requires purchasing a premium but fixes the problems.

Despite requesting a refund (product did not deliver what it was intended to do) within the 30 day trial as per their agreement, they failed to honour that, neither did they cancel my subscription as requested and simply continued to bill me 6 months later. They again attempted to bill me after another 6 months period. Despite numerous emails with a standard auto response. Beware!

Be warned, this is a pre-selected subscription con, allowing them to raise their prices that are considerably higher than they show on the website - do not trust these thieves!
