Absolutely Love it!
Customer service prior to ordering was fantastic, as was the delivery time and the guys that delivered it. Hot tub is beautiful and I'm so glad we used this company to purchase ours after many hours of research!

Very pleased with our hot tub, well worth the wait we ordered this in early April and received it December, combined shipping were very helpful and it was not there fault it took so long to come because of covid and shipping ports etc, I was worried as payed in full and combined shipping sent money back to account and just kept the deposit which reassured me. If I had any concerns when I phoned they were very helpful too.
we received the Niagria 2 , 2 days before Christmas and it was well worth the wait, the hot tub jets are very powerful and we our in it most nights.

Very pleased with our tub. I ordered in April and had it delivered in October. not bad considering everything that's going on around the world. I may have got one sooner if I had ordered locally, but lets be honest, I was buying on price and locally, with the specification on the ' Rose ' that required it would have been at least £1500/2000 more expensive. So worth the wait and it also gave me plenty of time to complete the landscaping. The two lads that delivered were very efficient, in and out in twenty minutes and on to the next. I don't have any hesitation in recommending the company or the tubs, the' Rose ' is great..

We, like others, purchased the Hot Tub in the 1st half of 2021 and was advised that it would take two to three months to arrive. In the end, this was not accurate. It took nearly seven months due to shipping containers being displaced globally due to the Pandemic, and this plus docking permissions added a few weeks to the shipping time. During this period, I was given updates periodically and even sent the link for the boat to follow it online, Which was fun for the kids. On the day of arrival, the team were great and accommodating. We had issues getting the hot tub around to the back despite measuring and sending pictures etc., so in the end, it needed a crane to get the hot tub around the back. I would advise measuring width and height carefully, considering pipes and window cills, heating vents etc. You would need three blokes from the Strongest men in the world competition with hands covered in glue to carry these tubs. Overall a positive experience with a very helpful company

Took a while for delivery, but very pleased with the hot tub. Just as expected and can't fault the customer service who have responded very quickly to a few minor questions.

Had to wait a bit longer for my hot tub due to covid but Cant fault the communication and delivery. Delivery guys were very helpful.

Had to wait along time to receive my hot tub! But I will say that combined Shipping was very sympathetic and extremely friendly. They did everything they could to accommodate me and help me resolve my situation. After receiving my hot tub, there were a few issues but combined shipping was very helpful answering all my questions and sending me corrective parts. Amazing customer service.

I bought an Ultimate hot tub from Combined Shipping. It's huge and the jets are really powerful, so really pleased with it. Combined Shipping were ready to deliver really quick but were happy to hold off until I had built the patio for it to sit on. The communication was great leading up to the install. The delivery guys were friendly, helpful, and made easy work of dragging it around the house without damaging anything. I paid for installation and the engineer turned up on time and commissioned the hot tub and talked me through the chemicals as he did the first dosing. All in all, very smooth operation, got a great hot tub at a great price, and with no stress.

We ordered the hot tub back in March 2021 - because of the covid and logistics / shipping issues the company kept us up to date and informed us exactly where our shipment was.
The hot tub itself is marvellous, clean, powerful and easy to maintain.
