Their customer service is unbelievably bad. I sent back my lap top case months ago and after many emails of trying to get an exchange, I can only assume English is not their first language, because they simply could not get the job done. I’m now asking for a refund at this point and they still can’t do that for me. They keep asking me questions I would have no idea about that only relate to their return processes and record keeping. I’ve never been so annoyed by a company.
Delivery is horrible

I have no case and no refund. they claim its not their fault.

I am extremely disappointed with this experience. This order was meant to be a Christmas gift for my daughter, and the package was never received. Because of this, I am unable to review the actual product.
I contacted the seller numerous times by email, but the responses were vague and did not provide clear answers regarding shipment or delivery. I also attempted to contact them by phone using the number listed on their website (613-333-0101), but the number is out of service.
Due to the lack of communication, missing package, and unreachable customer service, this has been a very frustrating experience.The customer service is extremely poor. It often took several days to receive a response, and when replies did come, they were vague and unhelpful. After weeks without resolution and no proof of shipment or delivery, I had no choice but to file a chargeback.
Only after the chargeback was submitted did the company suddenly respond to all of my emails. Instead of resolving the issue, they attempted to pressure me into withdrawing the chargeback by stating they would report me to Shopify for fraud if I did not do so. This was especially concerning given my legitimate purchase and documented communication history.
Overall, this experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and unacceptable.

It's been about 20 days and my package says it left L.A but nothing after that.. Like it just poofed. Gone. There is nowhere a truck could drive between where I live & L.A that could take this long. I could have drove my car across the country & back by now. I still have faith but this is probably the worst shipment process ever.

I ordered from this company, spending AUD $85 and received the wrong laptop cover. It has been more than a week with no response on how to return and replace with the correct cover. I have sent numerous emails trying to resolve this matter but am getting no response. Don't order from them as their customer service is SHOCKING!

I purchased a laptop case from colour banana. Shipping was slow and when it finally arrived, it wasn't as advertised. The product was different to the images on their website and when I contacted their customer service to share, they haven't replied. Special order notes not read
I feel it’s been a bit of runaround to protect my MacBook. When I ordered the product I was not sure if the design was the right size so I asked this in the notes which obviously were not read as I got too big of a case and the wrong keyboard cover. Returns aren’t easy either. I luckily ordered another keyboard cover that does fit. The laptop sleeve is not worth it - very flimsy material. I look forward to getting the right size case.

Shipping takes longer than expected
Shipping takes longer than expected times on website - it’s been 24 business days since I paid for my purchase and yet to arrive.
Customer service doesn’t reply quickly (took 3 days to get a response), and whilst helpful in giving australia post tracking - I really expected more when I paid so much for a package.
