Shipping issue Still do not have my purchase
Not the company's fault but I have still not received the item I purchased. It shipped from PA and came to within 5 miles of my house at Cedar Falls, IA and then got shipped to CO. From there it ventured to KS, KY, IL and I am supposed to have it delivered tomorrow. Almost 2 weeks after purchase.

Pleasant experience all the way around. The item I ordered (due to colors not showing true on a computer) was actually a purple shade and I needed a light blue. The return process was easy & refund applied quickly. Of course I did end up paying for shipping twice which was quite unfortunate…

Terrible shipping
Terrible shipping, they use some no-name two-bit company (GLS) with zero online presence, zero contact information. Shopify app doesn't update shipping info so you have no way of knowing they tried to deliver (bc these clowns won't leave a note or door tag). Finally after three emails to customer service they contact the shipper and tell me they won't call me to get access to my building, nor can they leave the package at the store downstairs, since my bldg doesn't have a gate code or doorbell. Ended up having to drive 45 mins each way to pick it up from the GLS warehouse, kinda makes the free shipping not so free anymore. Fwiw Colorado Cyclist was pretty prompt and helpful but they've got to get rid of this joke of a shipping carrier and fix the Shopify integration issues.
