A part was missing in the wheel causing some problems I am working with a local bike shop to resolve the issue. To be fair I didn't contact colorado cyclists to resolve the issue.Because I thought it would be easier to go about it this way and have the wheel working sooner. Delivery was fast. Everything else was awesome.

I purchased a 2025 Fox 36 SL fork from…
I purchased a 2025 Fox 36 SL fork from them. After my first ride the fork got suck in the bottom of its travel and was deemed defective from my local bike shop. I emailed and explained the issue and Colorado Cyclist approved my return for the defective fork. The fox was received and signed for by them. And then they ghosted me. Will not answer the phone or respond to my emails. It’s been over a month now! And still haven’t received a refund. I’ve had to file a case with PayPal. And file with the Better Business Bureau. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
