Excellent Customer Service with no downtime!

We are doing business with ColoCrossing from 2012. They are fantastic guys and very professional. Their staff is also very skilled.
I definitely recommend them!

I have been running a small ISP since 1995. I have had a lot of different versions of my servers and I have worked with a lot of ISPs.

I used to have an outside sys admin. A couple years ago, I wanted to move to managed hosting, so I went to Siteground. When I asked for root access to my server, they stopped giving me support.

ColoCrossing took me under their wing and built me a server that was faster, lest costly AND they give me the support I need while giving me root access to my server. Also, they provide me with some additional services for preventing DDOS attacks and maintaining email reputation that I did not even know existed.

Specifically, Nick (my rep.) has been outstanding in building and then working out all the little details that go into getting things just right. I cannot thank him enough.

I sleep better at night knowing that my servers are in good hands.

This company will help you at midnight, literally. This company always keeps their servers running and is honest with you. They are responsive and willing to earn their money. One of the best hosting companies in buffalo.

Although there were a few hiccups and misunderstandings during deployment which is understandable given the nature of the work, their support staff is impeccable with response times that range between 5-15 minutes even during the weekends.

They are extremely accommodating and we would highly recommend them to other companies.

No SOC audits in several years, sales staff who wont return your call (after you sign up), and all ipv4 space that is blacklisted with other networks. Google search for ColoCrossing and you will see how many people have been abused by their clients.
When I tried to terminate my services they played games and gave me a run around. Good riddance...

We've been lucky enough to use ColoCrossing for many of our projects. Support has been quick and having a dedicated account manager can really make the difference with billing issues.

Reliability wise, ColoCrossing is excellent. I can't say that I recall having any downtime in the past year.

The network ColoCrossing offers is great! Fast routes and consistent latency - definitely holds up to the premium network advertised.

The most important part of any Colo company is that when a problem arises they work with you. Sometimes it is not always perfect, but they work with you to get as close to perfect as it can be. *THAT* is why I will continue to give them my business.

I have been dealing with Colocrossing since 2010. Had excellent experience with them so I would refer them to anybody looking for colo / dedicated hosting service.

I am using 20 servers with colocrossing. I am very happy with support, billing and sales team. But we face lot of false-positive report. Auto nulled route system is most non-professional solution. Recently we move some client who was facing issues here. But same sites moved to other company and we haven't face any issue. It happened before as well and that time we cancelled 5-6 servers from colocrossing.

If you able to overcome this false-positive and auto nulled route issue it will be very helpful for colocrossing customers.

ColoCrossing is absolutely the best dedicated server provider in USA. We have been with them for more than 6 years, they never failed us.
They support is reply almost in a minute. From software (paid) to hardware, they do the best!
In case of any problem, don't be shy, just ask ColoCrossing and they have the solution. If they could provide services in Europe, we would definitely migrate all of our server in europe to them.

Don't waste your time searching for a good provider in US, choose ColoCrossing and focus on your project.

While the service provided was never problematic, when we cancelled our service, we were billed for 9 months after the cancellation. Many attempts were made to secure a refund of the overbilling and to date, we have not received a refund.

Nothing more than a server spam farm! I am currently being inundated with unsolicited emails which are originating from their network. I have emailed their abuse team and will update this review accordingly dependant on how my complaint is dealt with, if at all!

Monitor your servers better and this wouldn't be an issue!
