1 Collect

Excellent service from Collect1, really happy with the team and I highly recommend them if you're looking to move houses.

We booked Collect1 moving service when moving houses 2 weeks ago. I have so much nice things to say about the experience it might exceed word count, here are the main bits:
- The van was spacious, clean, and equipped with a moving trolley and enough ropes to tie loose items if needed
- The team was very careful, none of our furniture, walls and floors were scratched. As we had already repainted the walls in the old flat, we were quite nervous about all the moving but the team handled everything with such care
- The move was very quick, I had some loose items that weren't boxed up yet - the team helped with that very efficiently as well
- We definitely had more than we booked for to move, and the team was very accomodating and flexible
- The move was very quick, and we're all settled in the new home without sweat thanks to these guys!

Very professional, polite and made easy work of moving a sofa from London to Yorkshire all in a day. Great job! Would recommend.

I asked Collect1 to transfer the personal items of my son who is studying in London and had to change his home in the same city. Charlie immediately replied, who with great courtesy and competence organized the move in a short time and solved every problem. Thanks to all the staff.

Fantastic experience, great guys, hard working, perfect we would recommend easily.

Overall good nice people very polite and done an amazing job, will definitely recommend

Driver and his colleague were very accommodating, even though I had more than I had booked for to move. Thank you

Excellent service. Delayed due to traffic accident but driver was brilliant at keeping us informed.

Really happy the way they handled the furniture and their friendliness. Highly recommend them. Thanks!

Superb service from start to finish and incredibly quick. Will definitely use next time.

I had never heard of Collect1 until a few days ago. I’ve been pleasantly surprised with how efficient the service has been. I can’t fault it.

Was expecting one driver only - two guys turned up which made the job a lot easier, great service, thank you

An exceptional service. I would highly recommend this company. The driver and his mate were so good under difficult circumstances. Thank you

Auction house failed to hand over entire contents of lot, which meant that van had to return to collect missing items. Unfortunate, but in no way your driver's fault. Still delivered on time! Auction house has offered to recompense me for additional charge incurred, so all's well that ends well.

Really reliable service! From speaking over the phone with the sales team to the move itself. Couldn’t fault one bit.

Smooth experience from start to finish. Excellent prices and service. Glad I found Collect1!

I started using Collect 1 about 6 months ago after being let down by a few times by my previous companies.
I found Collect 1 very prompt and efficient and the drivers quite professional. I was so impressed with them that I use them all the time now.
No job is too big or too small.
