So far, I've been scammed! It's been sooo long, and nothing. They have kept sending me promise emails but never get the product. Don't waste your money

One star is too many! Yes, I also fell for the hat scam. It looked legit. I received my order confirmation for $28.98, but then saw that this scammer took $37.67 instead. There was a "tax" of $8.69 added after the order went through. I have emailed several times with no success. Paypal has not even sided with me on this one, so I am fuming! It seems like the item was sent from China, of course, but shipping looks like it is now coming from Italy. It makes no sense at all. I have still not received the item. I really do not understand how this so-called company can send an order confirmation for one amount then decide to take more later! Stay away from Collaboraten! They are scammers!

On Instagram I purchased 2 hat for fourty something dollars, america 250 years freedom, that looked awesome. It took a long time to receive. The hats didnt look like the hats i saw on Instagram. Smashed and cheap soft hat. They offer a 5 dollar refund. Scam scam scam dont buy from collaboraten.com

never received the product ordered 4 weeks ago and was originally charged 36.10$ when it was supposed to be 30.08$ Idid receive a 6.08$ refund . I have now opened a dispute with my bank. for the 30.08$ do not buy from Face book website with these people.

The company advertises a high-quality embroidered hat made of 100% tweed with a metal buckle clasp. However, the product is a smashed and damaged, cheap vinyl hat with a printed pattern in the areas that were supposed to be embroidered. The product was damaged, cheap, and completely misrepresented. They are fraudulent. Additionally, they offered me a $4 refund on a $49 purchase.

So far it's a pretty low rating. I ordered a cap from this company for an advertised price of $21.99 (plus tax) which should be just under $24. I was charged $27.71 on my credit card. I notified them immediately and asked that they cancel my order and refund my money if they were not going to honor their price.

After two or three emails back and forth, they finally stated, "As we checked, the additional charge was made due to a system error. We credited this back to your original account immediately. Please wait for 2-3 business days for the confirmation message from the bank. Sorry for the inconvenience."

Still waiting to see if I am refunded within those 2-3 days, but my question is...how many people were scammed by this "system error" but didn't realize it to report it?

I'll not do business with them further - it's not worth the investment of time for their "system errors".
