I’d give more stars, but with the uncertainty that my problem will be resolved I have to go with 3 out of 5. Good game variety, decent hit rate, smooth gameplay.

Now for the down side. I accidentally used my old address to create my account. As a result I can’t verify my account to start a redemption, and I can’t edit my address either. My SC are basically being held for hostage at this point. There’s no support email either, just an AI messenger that claims to have escalated my request to a live agent as a ticket. I’ve had similar redemption related issues on other casinos and it always ends bad - no support and no resolution. Because you can’t talk to a human or a specific email for customer service, it makes the overall experience very unsettling and anxious.

Have won a good amount off my first deposit ever to the site, the only problem is there has been an issue with my verification. Currently been on hold with support for roughly 2-3 hours without an answer yet. Just have to update my information to match my current address. Would love for support to be faster, will update as soon as/if I get my withdrawal.

Everything was going fine. Didnt win anything on the free 10 sc. At all lol. But I bought 20$ and ended up getting 800 out of it. Was super excited. It redeemed quickly. Straight to my account. Now, 4 days later. I won again, never happened to me before. I redeemed for 1300 and they canceled my redemption. Any replies typically take almost a full day. So as of now, which i will update. But as of now, they are refusing to pay me out this time. And im getting frustrated because I had a last minute funeral im going to Friday and it is now Wednesday and I really was counting on that $$.. Update*****they most definitely made it right and exceptionally fast! Like less than 12 hrs actually... ty so much for the CoinsBack. Now make it so we can chat with a live Agent!!!
