This company seems to be credible

The renewal receipt went to my spam folder, so the $39.99 on my card looked completely unexplained. Support walked me back through the dates and refunded it once I said the service wasn't for me.

Harder than heck to download app on phone, cant find it, “server” unable to be found. Cant access anything, especially to stop auto PO payments!!!

Asked support whether cancelling would erase my test history because I'd worked on those scores. They confirmed everything stays, then closed the subscription while I was still deciding.

I signed up for the .99 Cognius.app profile. Was not clear I would be charged 39.99 for a subscription. Tried to login to Cognius app to unsubscribe and was unable to receive email to reset password and cancel. Sent an email to Cognius from both of my email accounts with no password reset available. Cognius makes it impossible to unsubscribe within the 3 day limit…intentionally. Of course thete is not a customer service number you can call and talk to s representative.

New phone, same account, zero IQ results showing. Turned out my data was fine I'd accidentally created a second account with a typo in the email. Support merged everything.

Site is fraud, they charge for something you didn't ask for

Where do the IQ results live in this app? Because I sure couldn't find them after my retest. Support sent me a three-step path and now I feel a little silly, but hey, fast answer.

This app, AI or not, is the first of several that actually have my attention. The tests, and the review after, make my eyes open farther than ever.

My wife spotted the $39.99 charge before I did and was convinced we'd been scammed. Support proved it was just my subscription renewing and had the money back to us within two days.

Very accurate, everyone should try it

Looked under Account, then Billing, then Profile, and found no trace of a cancel option. Support told me it was under Manage Plan the whole time and cancelled it for me anyway so I wouldn't have to bother.

I genuinely believed the free week would just expire on its own. It didn't, and $39.99 left my account. To their credit, support didn't argue — cancelled, refunded, done in one email.

Test said my results would be "ready shortly." Three days later, still pending. Support kicked something on the backend and the score appeared while I was still typing my thank-you.
