There were issues with the kettle
There were issues with the kettle. The person knew the product inside and out and talked me through a troubleshooting process. Once we ascertained that there was something faulty with the item they immediately sent me out a brand new item without the need for a return. Knowledgeable and efficient - awesome!

My son bought me a cold brew coffee maker for Mother’s Day and I lost the stopper! Panic! Got onto these people and ordered another. Also saw filter bags so added them too. Didn’t end there as I thought if I lost the stopper, I might lose the round filter so bought one of those too.
My order was very quick in arriving.
I will definitely deal with this company again.
