Horrible company and customer service. Placed an order and after a week of no shipping confirmation reached out to see the status. Was advised the product I paid for was not in stock and there was an error on the website. They stated they would ship when the product came in. One month later I see the product is available on the website again and when I inquire about my shipment, they state my order was cancelled, yet they never issued a refund. Attempted multiple times to have them ship the product, however now they won't as they have increased the price significantly. Total scam of a business.

My order took 3 weeks to arrive and came with the wrong number of peps and one was labeled wrong.
One COA was nowhere to be found.
This company is an absolute mess.
The owner was very rude to me about it and I told him I will no longer be shopping at his shady business. Lots of other pep companies out there that do it right.

I've had three orders in three months and all three have been packed and shipped with 5 days. The contents have been effective and well priced.

I placed an order and paid via cash app. I immediately got a notification from cash app that the transaction was pending. Before it could even go through Coffee and Peppers sent me an email saying my payment didn't go through. I had to wait for 2 weeks until my statement was available to show proof. Even with my statement proving they received my payment they refuse to fix the mistake. They very rudely claim the statement is not enough proof. Now I am either out the money or have to file a dispute with cash app and have my account with them deactivated as cash app's terms state disputes are against their poicies. Losing my cash app is not an option as I use it for some stock holdings. I have used Coffee and Peppers for several months with no issue but this is just unacceptable.

Took over a month to receive my order..had to hound them in email to get any sort of communication.
My buddy spent 700 on his order waited same amount of time just for them to cancel..they better refund his shit. Zero professionalism Zero trust!
