Never delivered wouldn't refund lots of run around. Buyers beware

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I bought a steam iron. The product sent to Australia had the wrong plug. I asked for a refund as the product was faulty and I have had 17 emails with them and they have changed their Offer of Refund from 8 USD to 10USD and now 13USD.
The Customer Service say that in their limited ability this is all they can Offer. I paid 41.95USD!
The item is built cheaply and looks very ineffective. DON’t buy from them…. Cheap Chinese product. Not even worth the refund Offer they have offered me. RUBBISH!!!

It took awhile to get these dusting products and I have used one already. It works well and gets to places that I couldn't normally reach or clean well. I will use them regualrly, especially on fan blades.

I haven’t used it yet, but I do like the concept and look of it. I’m sure I will enjoy it

These people are the worst. Their product never arrived and their response is for me to take it up with the Post Office.

Good quality product at a fair price.

The clips arrived in pretty good time. As advertised. They worked super well, and I used them in a few different applications. Only downside is that I don't see them in other block colours such as black or a darker green. Otherwise, recommend them.

Horrible quality bra. Horrible customer service.

Ordered handmade sea glass angel ornaments. It took over 2 months to receive. Items received were home made cut out Angel's made of plastic with wire wrapped around them. No sea glass. They tell me I have to pay shipping back. When I reponed to that as being No. That they were responsible for there error in advertising!! They cut Mr off. $59.94 lost. DCAM6

Miraculously, unlike so many others, I eventually did receive the product. I bought wildflower seeds and climbing rose seeds. After a feverishly long wait in the mail I planted the seeds upon arrival. Numerous different areas about my yard of mixed soil types and sun-to-shade areas — and have watered those areas diligently since late May. Alas, not a single seed among 10,000 has so much as sprouted in the least. I sense I’ve been ripped off by a scam. Such a shame as the wildflowers they depict in their Instagram ads were beautiful

Do not order seeds from this company. I paid $20 plus postage for some 1,000 perennial wildflower seeds and received perhaps, at most, 1/3 cup, not anywhere near to "as advertised." The seeds came from overseas and took about 3 weeks to arrive. The only positive aspect is that they kept me apprised of shipment progress. The seeds have yet to bloom so not even sure they they are legitimately flower seeds.
