CoderCo supported me in every step of…
CoderCo supported me in every step of the way to may first tech job. They shared material, tutored and continuously supported.
I was looking for somewhere to upskill in DevOps
I was looking to upskill in DevOps tooling, as it had become a blocker for me in understanding how modern infrastructure is set up. Mainly having a background in security engineering, with most of my experience in on-premises environments, I found that working in cloud-native and modern setups requires a different mindset and skillset - especially for incident response and digital forensics investigations.
Joining the CoderCo community has been a game-changer. Their “mentoring at scale” approach, combined with a well-structured roadmap for learning DevOps, is great for beginners and even seasoned professionals. The team is fantastic, and the community calls are packed with insights and practical advice from Senior and Principal level individual contributors.
I highly recommend CoderCo to anyone at any stage of their tech career. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to deepen your expertise, or fill in a particular gap you have in your skillset. What you’ll find is valuable lessons, real-world “war stories,” and guidance on everything from choosing the right niche to understanding which skills to prioritise.
A great organisation
I am really enjoying my time at CoderCo. All the resources provided are so in depth and helpful, especially to someone like me with no technical background. The mentorship they provide is incredible, they guide you every step of the way, and each day you see people landing roles. You can tell that the people at CoderCo really care about delivering a high quality product to help people. If you’re looking for a way to break into tech, I’d definitely recommend CoderCo.
Amazing program and community
2 roles secured in less than a year
When I joined Coder Co’s 3-month bootcamp, I had zero background in tech. Within about 3–4 months, I landed my first junior role, and recently, I landed a mid-level position, both made possible by the skills and ongoing support I continue to receive from Coder Co.
The team is genuinely passionate about helping people succeed. There’s no ego or industry gatekeeping, just constant, practical support. They’ve been there for last-minute interview prep and also provide support on niche areas like DevSecOps, MLOps, and DataOps, among others.
It’s not just technical skills, the step-by-step videos, structured learning path, and industry-relevant projects made it easy to build knowledge quickly and confidently. On top of that, they offer support with LinkedIn, mock interview strategies, and countless small but powerful tips that make a real difference.
Joining Coder Co didn’t just give me a new skill set, it completely changed the direction of my life, gave me a clearer career roadmap, and strengthened my hunger and work ethic.
No fluff, if you’re serious about your career, trying to break into tech, and willing to work hard, the Coder Co community is the right place to be.
CoderCo is the truth
I heard amazing things before joining CoderCo but they have far exceeded my expectations. The support, the curriculum, the calls, the community. I have learnt so much in my time here and I do not plan on leaving this community anytime soon.
My only regret is not joining earlier!
Success isn’t optional here, it’s expected.
I’m not usually one to spend money on online courses or bootcamps, but this community has been worth every penny. I’d pay for it a thousand times over. Without question, it’s the best value for money I’ve ever received.
The founders are phenomenal. You can tell they genuinely care about building something great. They’re passionate, present and deeply invested in the success of every learner. Truly genuine, kind-hearted individuals.
I’m already working as a DevOps engineer and, while I’ve built experience on the job, like many, I had gaps in tools and practices I hadn’t worked with directly. This community has helped me fill those gaps through practical, real-world learning. With the course content, live sessions and applying what I’m learning through projects, I’m able to grasp concepts much more deeply. I feel far more confident articulating my experience in interviews, not just what I’ve done, but why it matters.
The community is genuinely supportive, welcoming and focused on growth. People actively help each other succeed. They check in on you, encourage you and keep you accountable.
Honestly
Honestly, its rare for a company to care for EACH person. The amount of prep technically that occurs, for CVs, interviews, community support etc. I haven't seen a community this helpful ever. As long as you do the work there is nothing to lose.
If you're thinking about joining CoderCo, do it if you want to change and will actually work hard.
AMAZING

CoderCo helped me land a role
CoderCo has been instrumental in helping me secure a DevOps role. The structured learning path and continuous support throughout made it easy to stay on track. They provide modules covering all the in-demand DevOps tools which are also regularly updated. Alongside are weekly sessions that cover both technical and non-technical topics that help you stand out in the DevOps market. All sessions are recorded, which makes it easy to learn at your own pace.
They also support you through the application process with CV breakdowns and interview preparation. The community is a real strength too – full of like-minded and driven individuals who are always ready to help each other with any challenges faced.
DevOps Done Right — Thanks to CoderCo!
CoderCo is an outstanding DevOps community! The upskilling support is top-notch — detailed, well-structured modules that actually make complex topics click. There’s a great focus on hands-on projects, which helped me build a solid portfolio. The mentorship and job application/interview support are incredibly valuable, and the team behind it is genuinely invested in your success. Highly recommend for anyone serious about growing in DevOps!
CoderCo, a vibrant, blessed DevOps tech bootcamp!!!
A vibrant DevOps tech community run by experts in the field of DevOps, where you can learn so much just from the message board alone. It’s self-paced learning with a focus on projects, with many sessions happening weekly, whether it’s an interview prep, a success story (about how someone landed a job), technical sessions, how to use LinkedIn, or sessions on how to apply for jobs in the UK or the Middle East.
As a woman, I feel very welcome here — it’s not just a space for men. The community is supportive, respectful, and truly inclusive.
The time I used to spend scrolling on TikTok or Instagram, I now spend scrolling through the Coderco message board, because of all the valuable tech-related information shared when seniors, juniors, and students engage with each other.
Questions are always answered, and the vibe is just sooo positive. People are always willing to help. I’ve been part of other well-known online tech bootcamps, but I’ve never experienced anything like this. Allahumma baarik! I really hope and pray that this blessed tech bootcamp continues to run for many years to come.
CoderCo Got Me Two Job Offers!
I initially joined CoderCo with just a computer science degree and the intention of landing a role in “tech” and that would be it. I came out not only getting two job offers but having the tools to become a great DevOps engineer.
I’ve been given a proven formula and have also been shown how to master it.
The videos are concise, to the point and extremely effective. Tried watching YouTube tutorials after that and could never go back.
The projects combine everything you’ve learnt into one. Everything in this project is also everything you will see in a DevOps job description. This is the same project I showed during all my interviews. Never failed to impress the interviewer. 🙌
Aside from the modules and projects, I was given proven methods on how to navigate the “impossible” job market and how to successfully land a role.
Personally, I’d rather follow a proven formula and have experts in the field give me a concise in-depth tutorial of how to master each tool rather than figure it out myself.
Possibly saved myself years before landing a role.
The greatest investment I've made.
Joining CoderCo has been hands down the best Investment I've made towards my career.
Whether you're brand new to tech, or you are already in the field, this community has something for everyone.
What truly amazes me is the caliber of the instructors. If they were normal senior engineers it would be something but they're principle/lead engineers the best in their fields. The amount of time they dedicate to support every step of your journey is unmatched.
If you're serious about breaking into tech or getting that salary increase in your current role then there's no better place to be in.
The value in this community is crazy
The value in this community is crazy! I'm so grateful i joined, from day one iv'e been blown away how much work the team has put into the community and how much value they give to everyone. From the technical content to the help with how to land your first role, the community is second to none!
The best tech community in the industry
CoderCo helped me secure a mid-level platform engineer role. Their resources and mentorship helped me so much during my journey of trying to land a DevOps role. I can't thank them enough.
Making the Move from IT Operations to DevOps
I've been working in IT operations for over 20 years, mainly in production environments where keeping systems stable and secure was always the top priority. But I knew it was time to level up and move into DevOps. I didn’t want to rely on random tutorials or guesswork — I wanted something real.
That’s when I found CoderCo.
This community has been a game-changer for me. The way they explain things, the support from the mentors, and the real-world projects — it all just makes sense. I’m learning tools like Terraform, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and finally seeing how my ops background fits into the DevOps world.
The best part? You’re never alone. There’s always someone ready to help, and the encouragement really keeps you going — even when things get tough.
After two decades in IT, I can honestly say this is the most excited I’ve felt about my career in a long time. InshAllah, the goal now is to land a DevOps role and put it all into action.
If you're thinking about switching paths, don't wait. This was 100% the right move for me.
