Hi all, i would like to share my experience with this company and in short if I have to describe it was awful. At first the staff will talk with you politely as soon as they receive the money they will show their true colours. I have asked for website and logo design they send me the quote as well and i agreed to it, later on they refused the logo creation and demand for more money and told me it's not their job then why they agreed to creat it in 1st place, i ignored it and expect that at least they can make a good website then one of their employees "Simran" refused to type information about the company and director information by saying its not my job. Whats the point of website if you can't type about the company? Then another one of their employees "Nitesh Kumar" created an internship level website using old templates available on internet and when i asked to change it they didn't respond for a week and after multiple calls or follow up they told me it's the best they can do. They have zero respect towards the client, if as a client i am paying i would expect the website design which suits me but they are creating the website which suits them then their boss "Rahul agrawal" told me that i have to pay 20k more if i want a better website. This is their behaviour towards the client, if they want 20k then they should have told me in the beginning but they didn't. Overall my experience was awful they don't have any commitment and any business ethics, don't trust their words. They will lure you in a trap and ones they got the advance money they will stop picking up your calls and demand for extra money. Please be safe and have a nice day.
