Hi Lindsay, Thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear this. I have spoken to Royal Mail, they said they attempted delivery but the property was inaccessible. I have asked them to escalate this to make sure it doesn't happen again. kind regards. Colin

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I’m truly sorry to hear about the inconvenience you’ve experienced regarding your emails and medication. I completely understand how frustrating this must be, and I deeply apologize for the delay in resolving the matter.
Please note that we have attempted to reach you on several occasions via phone to discuss and address your concerns, but it seems we may have missed connecting with you. This was to let you know we were liaising with your GP to find an alternative which contributed to the delay. I have spoken to the pharmacy team and they said this matter has now been resolved.
Once again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, and I appreciate your patience and understanding.

Simple things make for excellent service
Changed to this pharmacy after appalling "service" elsewhere. My first monthly prescription delivered in 3 days of issue by my doctor, unheard of before. Friendly delivery driver found his way to my back door as requested. All 16 items were in the bag, not often the case before. The simple things make for excellent service.

Good to see they had co-codamol in stock as I had previously found some were unable to fulfil my order due to supply issues.

Seamless experience
As a student who lives away from home, being able to easily access my medication through Coda alleviates the stress of registering with a new pharmacy. Having my medication delivered to my door within 5 working days also makes life so much easier. Highly recommend!
