Fabulous pharmacy
Coda always dispatch my medication with care and on time they answer emails promptly and Colin in particular has always been extremely kind and courteous and helpful answering my emails promptly

Poor service
Poor service. Ordered my prescription in plenty of time and took 2 weeks to be processed and arrive which meant that I ran out of medication. No apology when I called. Terrible company

Sorry to hear about your negative experience. On this occasion Royal mail had delivery issues so i do apologise for this. Usually we do aim to have your prescription processed and delivered within 48 hours from receiving your prescriptions form your GP. Probably not Coda's fault
Probably not Coda's fault, but I got my prescription a week late. And it's a drug you can't not take. Had to borrow some from a friend. I suggest using a courier other than Royal Mail, they are useless.

Coda Pharmacy - The perfect way to get your medication
Since being put onto Coda Pharmacy, our lives have become so much easier for getting our medication. No more contacting the doctors or filling in repeat prescriptions to order medication, just go online to the Coda Pharmacy App (or give them a call) to order the meds we need, they always give me a phone call to see when someone is going to be in, then its delivered to our door. No more going out in the rain to get medication.
I highly recommend Coda Pharmacy, they’re always prompt, polite, helpful. 10 out of 10 to Coda Pharmacy.

Hi Kevin, Thank you for you review and really sorry to hear this. However as we are partnered with the NHS, the list of medication is provided directly from your GP, we do not have the function to add medication because of safety control to ensure patients can only ordered what the GP has prescribed. The pharmacy team did see your email and send the request manually to your GP, however they did not approve. I hope this answered your feedback. Many thanks. Colin

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Quick and reliable unlike Boots the Chemist who charged my mum for their service! you don't have to wait in all day for your delivery! Coda just pop it through the letter box and even send you a reminder when to order. Perfect!
