Instead you can order your own stock in bulk from alibaba and work with fulfillment centre in the coutry u wanna sell to

We understand that COD isn’t a fit for everyone, especially if expectations around delivery time, profit margins, or business setup are not aligned with the region’s operational realities. That said, we do not “steal” money — our systems track all cash collected and we pay out weekly. You are right about one thing: alternatives exist. Buying in bulk and working with local 3PLs is one route — but it comes with different risks, including upfront inventory cost, cash flow pressure, and return management.

شكراً لتعليقك، وكنأسفو لأن تجربتك معنا ما كانتش فالمستوى اللي كنتِ كاتنتظرو. الهدف ديالنا فـ COD Network هو نخدمو الشركاء ديالنا بكل وضوح وشفافية، وكنعتابرو أن كل رأي، حتى لو كان سلبي، هو فرصة للتطوير.

بخصوص النقاط اللي ذكرتي:

✅ الaccount manager كايتلقّى تكوين مستمر، وكيشتغل حسب السياسات المعتمدة لضمان نتائج جيدة، لكن النجاح النهائي كيرتبط كذلك بطريقة تسيير الحملة من طرف التاجر (المنتج، الصفحة، العروض، التأكيد…).

💸 الفلوس اللي كتتخلص (الشحن، التوصيل، التأكيد) كاتحسب حسب الطلبات الحقيقية، وكلشي موثق فـ النظام ديالنا، وبالإمكان ترجع له فأي لحظة.

📦 بخصوص المنتجات: نعطيو اقتراحات مبنية على المعطيات اللي عندنا، لكن القرار النهائي ديما كيبقى عند التاجر، ولا نجبر حتى واحد ياخذ منتج ما بغاوش.

🛑 فحال كنتي بغيتي تجيب المنتج بنفسك وما قبلناش، فغالباً كان السبب إداري أو لوجستي واضح، وماشي تعسفي.

💼 أما بخصوص "المصلحة الشخصية"، فنحب نوضح أن النجاح ديالنا كيعتمد كلياً على نجاح التجار ديالنا — ماشي العكس.

أما بالنسبة لفكرة أن التقييمات الإيجابية مزورة، فنحب نأكد أن معظم العملاء ديالنا راضين، ونتائجهم كاتتكلم عليهم، وموجودين ومستعدين يشاركوا قصصهم مباشرة لأي واحد مهتم.

واخا تجربتك ما كانتش مرضية، كنتمناو لك التوفيق فالمستقبل، وأي وقت بغيتي تراجع معانا الملف ديالك، حنا موجودين.

Not recommended - You will lose your money.

The company is a scam.You can't know if they the products they have in their stock for dropshipping seller are actually returned. They might say the product is returned but it was actually delivered. That's one thing.
I couldn't buy that delivery rate bullshit.
their team is not responsive and the account manager doesn't help.
They don't transfer your balance on time. You actually have to beg the account manager and remind him every time to process it.
The customer service is shit. The whole COD thing is a scam you will just lose your money.
They advertise themselves to deliver in 5 days but in fact it's been a month now for some products.

They don't pay you the money, they do everything they can to delay payment and they don't pay you. I have been waiting for more than 4 months and no one has paid me always with the same bullshit blah blah blah in customer service but they don't pay. be careful with this shitty company!

I am extremely disappointed with the…

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided regarding the closure of my account. Despite my efforts to explain the circumstances and my commitment to resume activity, my account has not been reopened.

This lack of responsiveness and refusal to reopen my account has left me frustrated and dissatisfied with your company's customer service. I expected better communication and a more understanding approach towards addressing my situation.

Unfortunately, this experience has led me to reconsider my opinion of your company

i have used them for saudi arabia cod they steal leads and shave lots of leads im not a new in this game they are bad and bad on all levels customers etc....
the worst stuff is the delivery they deliver 15-30 days
and they take long time to pay and delivery rate is so low insane experience very bad this network should be avoided be careful

In my 100 lead confirmation perfect, but they deliver to bad from 20 to 30 day all orders in Morocco, but I don't know another country how system work, only talk to Morocco, delivery rate 12% and they doesn't answer to my ticket :) I'm honestly talk, try another country may will work perfect may mina region work perfect
