Total scam !! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I have spent months and months trying to return horrible goods that do not fit at all. Bought them in July
Multiple scam emails from them. They will not give a returns address so they can keep your money
Been dealing with credit card company who said I would get a refund depending on their dealings with the company so now In November after credit card company contacting them they are trying to con the credit card company by sending complex return details which I KNOW they will say I didn't comply with. After 3 and a half months !!! Evil scammers do not buy!!

I wish I could give negative stars. I never received the goods I ordered, and although a refund was initially promised, it never came through. Now the website is inaccessible, and customer service has completely stopped responding.
I’m out of pocket for money I could barely afford, all for a swimsuit I was genuinely excited to receive. It’s incredibly disheartening. Why do people run businesses like this?

Scam - inferior quality swimwear I ordered a tankini £35 it was so small I didn’t receive any invoice or return label - 7 emails later they still haven’t confirmed where I return it to I’ve bend offered £4 discount and keep the item then £7. And keep the item latest was 20% discount think I’m going to wave goodbye to my money - it won’t happen again

As there is no option for 1 star minus, I had to go for one star. I am waiting for 5 weeks for my swim wear. I keep getting messages with a tracking number saying that one item out of 3 is on the way. The tracking does not work. It is probably ficticious.
I also was fooled by the website …..co.uk. The company is obviously elsewhere, US?

Ordered Christmas lights ages ago. Never arrived. I've emailed yhus company 3 times to N/A. Want my money back. Scam website.

Yet another scam company with a return address overseas (USA), so it's not worth sending it back once you've paid for postage. Avoid.

1 star is too high!! The swimwear arrived after the promised date and too late for my holiday. I did not like it enough to keep and asked if I could return it unworn. CocoSummer said that was no problem but recommended that it would be better for me to accept a 50% refund rather than returning, as the shipping was to USA (not UK as is implied by the website) Reluctantly I agreed to accept the 50% refund, however 4 months later it still hasn't been received. I have had at least 10 emails from CocoSummer apologising for the delay and blaming the finance department, however I have now lost patience and don't believe they have any intention of issuing any refund.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY …..I did a transaction for £120. Never received the items nor refund for 3 months. I then raised a dispute with PayPal , which I used for this transaction and they refunded my money: THIS IS A HOAX COMPANY.

Absolutely terrible. Please do not use unless you know you won’t need to return your order or have anything to do with after sale. Awful experience.

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Was allowed to pay. Waited over a week, no delivery. Contacted service@ who told me my order was out of stock. I asked for a refund....haven't heard from them since! Despite sending another e mail.
Strangely, if I was stupid enough, I could still order the same goods in the same size! Robbers!

THIS IS A SCAM. no comments older than 1 week. Company says baby care products. Brianna is on My 600lb Life with Dr Now and it is for bariatric surgery and not lymphatic bras!!!! False advertising. Do not send any money!!

Paid via klarna and because they send an occasional reply klarna expect them to resolve it so close the case. Still no refund or able to return items which where ordered in may. Absolutely awful service. Should be shut down. Such a scam. Products ate awful and not wearable. Now December and still no refund

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from this company. Three items ordered and delivered but sizing was wrong on one and quality/finish very poor on another. This company advertise as if they are UK based but they are not, they are in the USA and when you try to return items they do not want you to. At my first attempt to return I was told to keep the items and they would refund me 20% of what I paid. This was unacceptable. After sending them daily emails for 3 weeks, to which they always replied offering me slightly more in way of a refund I eventually agreed to accept 70% of the total cost of the 3 items (as 1 item was ok so I was in effect getting total refund for the 2 other items). They then tried to deduct what it had cost them to post the items to me (bought on free delivery). I disputed this and threatened to get my bank involved which would result in a 100% charge back to them plus I would file a report with trading standards. They dropped the delivery cost and today I eventually got the refund we had agreed on. All in all this has taken from placing the order on 16/9/23 to refund received on 8/11/23. All I will say is if you are in a similar position keep perservering, this company should not be trading.

Dreadful service, first they cancelled one of my items (only after me chasing the delivery), secondly the delivery was scheduled to take about 3 weeks to arrive, and thirdly when I finally gave up and asked for a refund it was never received.

Do not use this company.
I was not told that should I need to return this item it needs to be sent back to USA at my own cost.
The swimming costume that I bought was not hemmed and finished off. When contacting and explaining that it wasn’t finished I was told that’s how it should be.???
I paid £39.98 with shipping and received this.
I am still waiting for a return label and I have been offered money off but this item it’s not fit for purchase.

Took over a month to arrive.
The bodysuit was nothing like advertised.
Cheap and nasty.

This company is a scam, avoid it.

This is an update. My parcel eventually arrived -after a month whilst I was away- the sizing is random so some items fit and others were tiny/massive. I’m happy with some and wanted to return the rest. I too am being told I will have to pay for returns so therefore will I accept 20% refund and keep the items? No I won’t - now I’ve been offered 30% and voucher for when I order again! That’s not going to happen! Awful company - please don’t use!!! I will continue to press until I get some sort of resolution and I suggest everyone does. Don’t let them keep your money.

Terrible service, items not delivered to me but the courier attached fake info saying they were. Cocosummer fail to reply yo emails of customer questions and now my klarna payment is overdue my credit rating is impacted due to lack of resolution. Disgusting. Do not use.

Nice photo all swimwear,but quality is so bad.Refund just 20 proc.Terrible company never again.
