I was very excited to order the mother/daughter heart ring for my daughter for Valentine's Day. It came on time, and it was perfect. We have matching tattoos of two hearts, and when I saw this ring, I had to get it for her. They are perfect together! She loved it! Thank you "lovecocojewelry.com"!

Unfortunately, the ring I bought my daughter for Valentine's Day didn't fit and the team was willing to send me a replacement without me sending the smaller size back. I plan to gift it to another who can use it for their child. Great customer service AND my daughter is very excited about her ring.

CocoJewelry has been great! I had a glitch originally where the shipping was not showing as free. I sent customer service a message and without question they were quick to respond with a refund for the shipping amount. The package arrived quickly as well. I got it just in time to surprise my long distance bestie with matching rings. Unfortunately the size that I chose for her ended up not fitting any of her fingers well. Once again customer service came to my rescue! They’re sending a replacement ring in her actual size and we are both beyond grateful for their kindness. I love my ring! I cared for my husband after a cardiac arrest, through COVID, and then a year of chemo and radiation for terminal small cell lung cancer. I've come through it all and gotten stronger each year. I also got one for a friend who is caring for her husband, now in hospice. She is learning just how strong she is. The ring I ordered came in a timely manner and was of very good quality. When I needed to exchange it for a different size, the company was very responsive to my request and sent a replacement quickly.
