Same problem as everyone else has stated. Ordered 29/03. A week later it still says waiting for order to be picked up. I comment on a TikTok with them saying they are all up to date on orders. I contact ‘Clomana’ on email with them stating it was dispatched. TikTok cancel my order, no parcel has arrived. I contact them again to ask if I can reorder at the same discount I had ordered and got told there’s no way I can re-place my order. Will not be ordering again.

Same problem as everyone else has stated. Ordered 3 weeks ago, my order still hadn’t been dispatched, I commented on their tiktoks and instagram and emailed countless times and no response. Opened a claim with my bank and they refunded me the money, and miraculously the following day my order gets dispatched and they delete all my comments on their instagram and TikTok. Hilarious, and seems I’m not the only one with this trouble. If I didn’t open a claim with my bank they’d have never bothered sending my order by the looks of things. No wonder they’re changing their name, trying to change their rep too? The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, just avoid them! So so awful.

HORRENDOUS for a company that has grown on social media to have no respect for customers when it comes to their customer service. I have ordered over 2 weeks ago via the website I have emailed 6 times asking for and update and NOT ONCE HAVE THEY REPLIED. If there is an issue with dispatch I’m fine to wait ( although I know this isn’t the case as also ordered off TikTok after my website order and I have received this order) what really annoys me is the lack of response to my emails, SHE IS NOT THE PERSON SHE MAKES OUT TO BE ON SOICALS avoidthis company !!!!!!!

Waited over 2 weeks for my order to arrive, was promised a 50% refund but never received it…
Don’t order the ‘marshmallow scented tan’ because it smells like rotten eggs.

Absolute disgrace of a company, placed an order on Black Friday , waited over 2 weeks still no sign of my order I messaged them to which I got a reply saying they were having logistics issues and Royal Mail were not scanning parcels and my parcel was lost , I asked for a replacement to be sent and they asked my name and address, fast forward another two weeks still no sign. Tik tok eventually cancelled my order and I was given a refund however I’ve seen countless comments about same thing happening which then get deleted and ignored when asked about on lives. Now changing the company’s name all a bit fishy AVOID at all costs.

Ordered from here and the parcel said it had been delivered when it hadn’t been. I’ve been trying to contact through multiple ways over the last 2 weeks and I haven’t had one response. Really disappointed

Got a refund after a week of chasing an order that’s apparently been dispatched but having logistical issues being panned off since for a week now being told it will turn up. She says on lives she completed all orders and all messages have been replied 2 ha! When people write publicly in her TikTok the messages r deleted…….
I didn’t want my money back I wanted the product. After asking to resend it I’m ignored or she answers but not your questions!

She’s at it I strongly believe it fits in with a random now new company name!

Shocking customer service ordered an item on the 22nd of November. Still hasn’t been shipped well past 2 to10 working day postage, I have emailed twice and I’ve zero response. Still don’t have the product.

I contacted them about an issue I had which they took a while to respond to, the emails they have sent have been useless and unprofessional. What sort of company ends emails with "xx" ? They did not even try to come up with a solution, until I told them how terrible the customer service is to which they are only now offering me a refund (which I still have not had or had any other emails from them)
The products have become very low quality, I sadly won't be purchasing again.

Sponges fell apart, contacted customer service in March 2023 no reply, contacted on instagram no reply . Poor quality product followed by poor quality customer service

The quality has gone down hill since the brand has become bigger & now sell on other beauty websites. I don’t wear make up often maybe 2/3’times a month and after a couple of used my sponge has tears and starting to split. After seeing lots of Chloe’s TikTok’s saying they don’t rip / break etc I know it’s absolute lies. Doesn’t respond to comments on her sponge’s being faulty but will gladly take your money.

Ordered the sponge and brush cleaner in the scent strawberry and chocolate through tiktok shop to try for the first time was a little skeptical as I usually really struggle to clean my sponges and just end up buying new and throwing them out but this product was 100% worth it, it smells amazing! And has left my sponges looking brand new

I have loved most of their products until the soap in the screw up version! It broke after only a few uses and they have admitted there were issues and that’s why they changed to the tin. Yet even though they knew their product was faulty they still have refused refunds or replacements, happily breaking the law! So definitely avoid!

The sponges are starting to split and the customer service just doesn't exist, I've bought cheap ones and had them years and I've only had there's 2 months, won't buy from them again that's for sure

I bought a shape 2 sponge a while back and recently repurchased 4 shape 2s, which are SO good. They are long-lasting, and blend my makeup seamlessly. I love Chloes TikTok and I will forever be a supporter of her business.

I order the marshmallow sponge shape 2. I LOVE IT!! It’s so soft and blends any makeup beautifully. It was delivered so quickly too. Thank you so much I can’t wait to order more!

Beauty sponge, amazing quality to begin with but after using and cleaning the sponge has already deteriorated in quality massively. Small tears and fuzzy feel to it
I can see there is quite a few reviews similar to my experience.
I will be contacting them but after reading reviews my hopes aren’t high that i will be blamed for un proper care.
I have older beauty blenders (different brands) to this which are still in one piece following the same washing and using.

I've used this brand since Chloe first started the business, the support I've had if I've ever had any queries has been super helpful and within the specified time frames, the products she sells are incredible, from the viral marshmallow sponge (which everyone needs as part of their make-up routine), to her makeup products to her marshmallow soap

Customer service is absolutely disgusting. I have never came across such poor service. I’ve had one pointless reply in ten days. Wouldn’t recommend.

Sponges work really nicely on the face, but the sponge only lasts about 2 weeks before starts to crack/break even with regular cleaning with makeup brush cleaner. Contacted customer service on instagram to ask for advise, really politely, and said I am probably using them incorrectly, and asked if there was any advise on cleaning/product to use to clean the sponges.
Completely ignored no response. Then saw a passive aggressive tiktok video on their insta story basically replying to this query. Not nice, nor was it in any way useful response, as it was basically just 'buy a new one'
With other makeup sponges I don't rebuy every 2 weeks due to cracking...
Perhaps respond to paying customers politely rather than doing that or ignoring. Won't be a paying customer anymore.
