i have placed a order almost 2 months ago and i have not recived my package yet ill never order from this company ever again some one should report this company for fraud i want my money back ill never even order from you all again i want my money put back on my card or ill contact my lawyer about this mater they will not give me my new tracking number in order for my post office to look up my package so 50 dollars down the drain

I ordered a dress for Valentine's day 2020 from HiMrsCoco online. The dress did ship in time for Valentine's day but when I received it, it looked like a piece of rags. It was made from very cheap see through material. It was nothing like the picture. I was so disappointed because I saw other items that I wanted to order but I'm so glad I didn't. The company said they could give me a refund of $10 and I could keep the piece of rags or I would pay more for shipping to return it. I told them to give me the $10 and I would throw their rags in the trash and write a review telling everyone NOT to ORDER from this site because if you do, you'll REGRET IT FOR SURE. I wish I had read the Reviews before I ordered and my REVIEW wouldn't be here. I didn't know this company was in China or else I wouldn't have ordered. I paid $30 for a piece of rags but mostly I was totally disgusted at the SCAM with the pictures of MAKE BELIEVE clothing. Don't waste your money or your time🥺

People do not order from this web site. They are thieves and this web site is fraud.
After 3 months of waiting and mailing we did not recieve our order either refundation. They do not have responsible person for complaints, they send responses automaticlly and even the web site have all signes of good web site they are nothing but the thieves. There is no phone number to call either any employee name you can reach.
Do not order from this web site.

I wish I would have read reviews before I ordered. It has been months and I still haven't received my order. I cant find a number or address to request a refund. I really looked forward to receiving the item.

It is actually zero stars. One star is too lightweight. They never shipped my order and ignored my refund request with ridiculous tone-deaf messages. Definitely a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Cocogira.com is a scam. Be aware! They never ship your order.
I bought a dress from Cocogira.com but they did not ship it to me at all. I contacted them several times but they wrote me a ridiculous answer that the quality control would take time and they could not say when I would receive the item. They are definitely the scam. They have several online stores with different names. Do not waste your money at them at all.

I bought a dress from Cocogira on November 20, 2019. I received no shipping or delay notification so I emailed their customer service. Two days later, received a response that my item was on back order but the expected ship date was not stated. I requested a refund and order cancellation since I had originally intended for the dress to be used for a Christmas party. Another two days went by before I received a response from a different rep saying that the order was now on time, but still didn’t give me an expected shipping date, asking me why I wanted to cancel my order. I wrote third email to customer service, demanding a refund. Two days later, a reply cane from yet a third rep, stating that my money will be refunded within two weeks. We’ll see what happens. I’ll ask my credit card company for a refund as others have recommended if I still don’t have this taken care of by early January.

I made an order, adding 20€ extra for the fast shipping but i received it AFTER one month. The shipping was terrible and they didn't put my name on it, so it just arrived to the shipping address and was open from others because it was no specified the name. This is no professional at all.

We bought a top from the Elencoco.com website, which was described as having an embroidered design whereas in fact it was crudely printed. As others have found, the company refused to give a return even though they had misrepresented the product and their terms state that the contract is under English Law.

This is an unscrupulous company! Avoid. If you do eventually receive your order, you will find their sizes are random, the workmanship is shoddy and they do not comply with their own returns policy. Instead they email back with creepy sycophantic phrases offering 10% and requesting you please don’t send the garments back because the manager of the Chinese warehouse will not receive them. I’ll give my tops to a charity shop for scrap materials.

Terrible company. Ordered three tops, two were shoddy work and ill fitting. They would not send a returns slip as the correct sizes were sent and offered 10% off next purchase and I could keep the items. Wow! Never use them. They trade under different names. I have seen other FB ads with similar items. They obviously know they have to keep changing company names!

Absolutely appalling. The quality of clothes is substandard and even though the company offer a full refund, they do not respond to emails requesting posting information.

Ladies, those of you who returned items, keep your tracking receipts. Download or cut and paste their return policy, take photos of what you received, call your credit card company and ask for a refund or reversal of charges. Your credit card company may want copies of receipts, photos or store return policy and you will have it. Your credit card company already has a copy of your purchase. Also you can reference the reviews on this web page as a back up to your allegations. I did the above 3 years ago and got a full refund with a Chinese company called Zaful. It takes a bit of time because the credit card company gives each party a certain amount of time to respond. Credit card companies want to keep your business. They are supposed to help you. This is one advantage of using your credit card. Don't let this company keep your money - they will only continue to cheat people. I also believe they pay for positive reviews. Always check reviews on online companies. Good luck.

If you are here reading the reviews then you have done your due diligence and luckily will save your money. This company is complete garbage, the product is garbage, their customer service is ridiculous beyond belief. You will gladly send money for items that look quite attractive, only to receive packages 6-7 weeks later that are awful fabrics, and in sizes fit for an Asian woman, you will Realize they have sent you completely different items than what you actually ordered. The Company Will write you a very sweet and sincere and heartfelt loving and gracious message to apologize, but their bottom line in handling issues can be summed up as “ too bad for you, we have your money and that’s all we care about, a refund – absolutely never – we don’t care how badly we messed up on our end, So what if we sent you something you didn’t order… you’re never getting a refund” They will do nothing to reimburse you. they actually blocked my emails after I took care in composing an email long and thorough with detailed explanations and proof of the errors they made. Do not waste your money. Trust what you read here.!!!!!

I should have checked the reviews on Just Red Coco! I agree with previous reviewers; total scam!! Be careful of what you purchase online! The items I ordered were cheap and didn't look as good as they did in photos. When I submitted a return request I was given instructions to send the items to some shady address in LA and email them back with the tracking number. I sent them back on July 10th, it is now August 23rd and I'm still communicating with the company about a refund on 3 items. I'm doubtful I'll ever see the refund.

I did not even want to give them a single star rating. Complete joke of a company. The only reason why I placed an order with them was based on the fact that they state that you can return anything. Well that is a lie. I was not happy with the 40% of the order that I received. The rest has yet to arrive and this was placed ages ago. They will not issue me an ra for any of the items and let me tell you, they are complete garbage. Full scam of a company and I plan on letting the world know.

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH. A REAL SCAM. Been totally ripped off by this company. I ordered three items more than 6 weeks ago and nothing has arrived. It seems that they change their name because there are a few websites with the same items and similar prices. It's all from China and the clothes look nothing like the pictures on Instagram. I was stupid enough to order from another company as well. I think I just have to resign myself to the fact that I have lost my hard-earned money. What an absolute disgrace you are. These clothes are too embarrassing to give to the poor.

If i can put zero star I'll do. I ordered a month ago and still haven't recieve my order, suppose to wear it tomorrow for my birthday. If you guys want business? Do your job properly, it's ridiculously slow.

Ordered a dress for a family member and it took 4 weeks to come. When I recieved it, it looked like a cheap imitation of a maids dress, very small, (I ordered an extra large) fabric like $2 a yard almost see thru cotton. The photo of what I ordered showed linen or loosely woven cotton, with v neck and sleeves in a beautiful blue color. What came was a dingy cheaply sewn sleeveless sack of a dress that nobody I know could even fit into. All the hems were sewn straight across with a sewing machine with no selvage at all. It was a turquoise blue tacky ugly garment my housekeeper would laugh it if I tried to pawn it off on her. This seller is fake, they use French designs with French models that are glamorous but you won't get them from here at this cost. After reading these reviews, I'm not even gonna bother spending money to send it back. I'll just give it to the Goodwill, and hope they can give it away to some poor sucker who would be dumb enough to wear it. Really, this is just a joke but I'm so mad about it, needed to have a laugh. Don't buy from here, you'll be disappointed for sure. And throwing money to the wind.
