Quality beans, regular deliveries
I love this coffee- I’ve never had an issue with the quality of the beans, grinding them at home and espresso draw. I’ve tried other subscription services and although they might have fancy marketing- Coaltown (which do too) have waaay superior coffee. Definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I placed an order and noticed an error I had made. I called, spoke to Nick, who sorted everything, no questions asked, even though I had some unusual delivery requests. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Highly recommended.

Mother's day gift
Bought a selection as a gift for mother's day - my mother was very pleased as she'd recently had a coffee in Blas and said it was the best coffee she'd ever had!
Arrived really quickly and have to say it was the best smelling delivery we've had.

Not freshly roasted. Not even good beans. But a good farm. So I went to Roast Works instead. I like their set up with roasting and relation with the coffee sourcing.

I use in my Sage duo boiler expresso machine. With a little dialing in with the grind I am getting great tasting coffee.

Tasty coffee, swiftly delivered
Most importantly, the coffee is delicious. Prepared it with a French Press and found it best with ca. half a tea spoon of milk per cup but also good as black coffee.
My coffee parcel arrived soon after I ordered it, and I'm also happy to support a roastery with a positive impact in its own place and where the coffee is grown.

Coffee and workshop
I've been drinking Coaltown coffee for years now - seriously, they make some of the most delicious coffee!
Recently a group of us did the Latte Art Workshop with Alysha. It was AMAZING! 🙌 Alysha's teaching style was so clear and patient. By the end of the session, all of us could create a perfect heart design in our lattes. So satisfying!
I've done coffee courses with 2 other roasteries before, and this one was hands down THE BEST. The atmosphere was super friendly, the equipment was top-notch, and the skills I learned have seriously upgraded my coffee game.
