My name is Elroee Shalit, the "Shalit group" company manager.
I would like to share that we got an amazing service and support from the beginning with working with the agent, Paolo Sabatini, the price was amazing, the drivers (Massimo ans Ermas) were expert and with a lot of patience, the bus was were comport and modern so we didn't feel like we drove over 6 hours each way.
We took the service from MXP Airport to Les Arcs 1950, and I am recommend for there company 😀
Thanks for the amazing trip, waiting for the next time.

One of my worst experiences
One of my worst experiences. We were informed to pay more than 30% more than the price originally agreed on the day before the journey in cash. When I informed the manager Paolo Sabatini that I need a proper invoice for my institution, he threatened to stop the bus and throw us out mid-journey on a motorway near Naples. We felt extremely unsafe and threatened with this company. Do not book them.

Les escribí para solicitar precio y disponibilidad para dos trayectos y el primero no lo tenían porque era bastante cercana la fecha pero para el segundo ni siquiera respondieron. Tuve que deducir que no la tenían o que no les interesaba

We got a quick, best deal for a group - 4 day Loire trip. We had all the additional questions answered.

Malgré certains commentaires négatifs à leur égard, nous avons choisi de travailler avec Coach Rental, et heureusement!
Ils ont géré le transfert de 160 personnes, à travers 8 bus différents et avec des lieux de prise en charge différents. Les chauffeurs étaient tous gentils et ponctuels.
Nous avons égaré un sac dans le bus, et cela a été géré parfaitement.
Je recommande grandement!

Lamentable
Lamentable. Falta de compromiso y rigor. Autobús reservado con más de 5 meses de antelación y a falta de un mes nos lo cancelan después de darnos largas.
No contraten nada con esta compañía si no quieren quedarse sin su viaje. Son bastante malos

We traveled for three days with coachrental through the Chris Tour Agency in Vairano (Caserta). We received great service, from arriving at the Madrid airport, to traveling the first day to Segovia and the other days to Madrid. The bus was comfortable and the drivers were very friendly and helpful. We recommend this bus service and the price was very cheap

Unprofessional attitude and terrible…
Unprofessional attitude and terrible communication. You send them an email with 3-4 questions, they reply to 1 of them, forcing you to insist and always having this feeling of not being cared for as a customer. I didn’t end up renting any of their vehicles because the communication was so bad from the very beginning.
