In the lead up we had all the information needed and both our drivers on the day were fantastic ensuring we had a safe, enjoyable journey in quality vehicles.

A very enjoyable day out for the Redland Spinners. Despite rain on the way there and home, we had clear weather at the Mountview Alpaca Farm and O'Reilly's Vineyard.
Wang was a very careful driver and everyone relaxed and enjoyed the scenery along the way.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to our awesome driver! 🚗 They were not just on time but also super polite. Patiently waited for us at the venue and even went the extra mile, literally, by dropping us off at three different spots as per our request.

Worst experience ever , a total scam of a company. Paid in full and a few days before the event they call to say they could not fulfil the agreement ..I was was bombarded with quotes and calls and then they cannot find buses..it's their business ,
DO NOT USE THESE GUYS IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND..I am actually seeking legal advise to ensure that they rethink their business methods.

Good drivers, clean bus, quick service. Only issue we had was one bus was a bit late, and the driver of the other bus had no clue if a second bus was coming. It made for a tense few moment

The hiring process was straightforward and these guys were very helpful on the phone when I needed to discuss a variation. Everything went according to plan on the night and the driver was great!

I recently had the pleasure of using Becc for a family event and overall, it was a good experience. Becc was punctual and there was no waiting around, which was greatly appreciated after a long flight. The vehicle provided was able to accommodate the 18 people we had booked it for, however, the trailer that was sent was too small for the amount of luggage we had despite us mentioning it at the time of booking. As a result, we had to store our luggage inside the bus on seats and in the aisles, which was not ideal.
Despite the inconvenience, the driver was excellent and provided a smooth and comfortable journey. The booking process was also relatively easy, with a rating of 4. In terms of value for money, I would rate it a 4 as well.
Overall, I had a satisfactory experience with Becc and would consider using their services again in the future.

I worked directly with Kyle and he was polite, informative and patient. Nothing was too much for him providing different quotes, explaining the bus details and explaining the process. I will definately contact Kyle again as he was extremely professional and helpful. I also spoke with Chris who was also extremely informative and helpful. My manager could not have been more happy with the Bus Driver Ray. He was exceptional and we would definately make a special request to have him again.

The coach was cancelled with only 1 days notice before the trip was meant to take place, with no explination provided. Very disappointing customer service. Retirement village residents were depending on this bus for their trip to Young.

Cancelled on us with late notice leaving 10 of us with no organised transport. I tried reaching out and calling a few times and no one could help and never got back to me. Very disappointed.

The call centre is very friendly, however I found emails weren’t being read, I never got a reply and in the emails I requested for the email to be changed nothing happened.
The subcontractors of the bus companies need improvement by having bus drivers screened thoroughly, the bus driver that was assigned to do the job was speeding on curves, was using his mobile phone while driving and speeding extremely dangerous.
When the driver would brake he would stop roughly as he was speeding.
The bus driver had not being communicated about the bus scheduling and did not have the address getting us lost, had no knowledge of the area.
The driver was at all times on his mobile phone.
This is where screening should improve.
