Hi It's my first time using this agent and I think it's very very good, price normal, lot's of different type of shipping lines, a very clean interface in app and web app, a very good customer service.
I've put 4 not five because there are little bugs and little difference between app and the site but for other it's a perfect agents I raccomend it.

The website was very easy to use and all the products were very affordable. Payment was easy and once converted to my currency with extra fees didn’t make the price go up very much.

However, the shipping price for a wig and small, light two piece cosplay was $28. I had a coupon for shipping but still for a package under 1kg is quite expensive. I do understand that my country is quite far away from the supplier so of course shipping is going to be expensive. But if you’re like me and chose this site for cheap cosplays, the shipping nearly brings the cost up to aliexpress prices so it might not be worth it.

I paid slightly extra for shipping, not much but still extra, for faster shipping. Instead of taking 20-28 days, I chose the shipping that would take 7-15 days. My parcel arrived 25 days later. There was no point in paying that little bit extra and was left slightly frustrated with how the package sat in a warehouse for a good 4 days without any movement.

My items did come in excellent condition and are exactly like how they were pictured. If it wants for the shipping price and time it would be a 5 star review. Being entirely honest, I’d use aliexpress instead next time as even though they’re slightly more expensive, you’re only saving a few euros here and you’d get your package quicker from the other site.

Really cheap, surprisingly good quality products, but the shipping system is a nightmare and will be 4x what the item you bought was. Bought a 5-pack of cologne; they can't ship it. I have been trying to contact them for 3 days to split my barley 2kg prcel up to ship into a 3 and 2 just to pay 35 USD for 1 kg for each package. Still waiting on that, and it takes about 5-8 days to get from the seller to the warehouse, and 3/5 parcels where alr damaged in the warehouse.

Hidden fee not matching the advertised channel details **FIXED AND PROPERLY HANDLED**

I selected the "Europe Railway Tax Included" shipping channel for my order, which clearly listed "Residential Delivery Fee (Required): €0.00" in the channel details before I chose it.

Despite this, my final invoice included a €19.50 "Residential Delivery Fee" that was never disclosed at checkout. When I contacted customer service to ask why I was charged for a fee that was explicitly listed as €0.00, I was simply told: "the channel you selected has this fee, which is the last-mile delivery fee" — without any explanation of the discrepancy between the advertised €0.00 and the actual €19.50 charge. I pointed out the contradiction directly, and the conversation was never properly resolved.

This feels like a bait-and-switch on pricing: the channel details page shows one number, and the actual invoice shows another, with no clear justification when questioned. I'd recommend double-checking your final invoice carefully before paying, and be prepared for unexplained extra charges even when a fee is explicitly listed as free.

Update: 04.08. 4 pm. 2 hours after i Posted this review.

Another Agent wrote me over the app and said he would look into that fee! Ill update again once he writes me the solution. If it is indeet the fee thats said to be for free on their shipping side (to my country, germany aswell) ill update it on here!

Update 06.08. 2pm. I went down from 2 starts to 1 star.

The agent never got back to me and the chat simply got closed, so i wrote an email to the support instead.

I emailed support specifically about being charged a €19.50 "Residential Delivery Fee" despite the channel details page clearly stating this fee is €0.00 for the "Europe Railway Tax Included" option I selected. I included screenshots as proof.
Their response completely ignored my question and instead sent an unrelated explanation about volumetric weight and an additional CNY 260 freight charge, something I never asked about. It's clear they didnt even read the screenshots I attached. Still no answer to my actual question about the €19.50 fee.

Update 7.08. 2pm

After I pointed out they hadn't read my screenshots, support finally replied 24 hours later with a third completely different explanation for the same €19.50 charge. First it was called "Residential Delivery Fee" (documented as €0.00 in their own channel rules), then "last-mile delivery fee," and now "oversized item surcharge." Three different explanations for one charge, none of which have been substantiated with an actual rule or calculation. It left me unsure whether the company itself knew what this fee was actually for.

I tried this platform because a TikToker recommended it, but the experience so far has been frustrating.

Update 11.08. 11am -> from 1 star up to 3 stars.

The €19.50 fee was finally refunded after nearly two weeks. The last support rep who handled it actually resolved the issue properly instead of giving another vague excuse, I appreciated that. It was honest, uprighty, and the support rep. took accountability for what went wrong. He explained to me in detail what caused this mistake (a system error, which they now handled. He was also very apologetic and voiced out strongly, that support could have found and handled the error way ahead, but simply didnt, and assured me that this isnt their norm. I believe them. The 19.50 was a fee for oversized goods, he explained it to me in detail why it was charged and how, and why it wasnt charged as such on my bill. I still got the 19.50 refunded because of all the difficulties, and a 20% shipping cupon, which i think is showing that they do care a lot about their image and costumer satisfaction above all else) This was exactly the kind of honesty i was hoping for from the start! Props that they did listen in the end and took me serious! Adjusting my rating to reflect that, though it took far longer and more back and forth than it should have. Thats why i simply cant go above the 3 stars for this order. Now im only waiting for my package to arrive home :D

To the site itself: its very easy to understand and the buying process itself is easy and fast. You have many payment options, which i think is very nice (paypal aswell!) The website design is nicer to look at than from other agencys sites (i like the colors) The only thing about the site itself thats not good, is the app. It really needs some fixing, as its bugging out often. On browser the site works just fine.

waited 5 weeks and still none of my orders have arrived i have now moved today and won’t became to get my items as i move country . they told be 2 weeks it’s been 5 weeks . not sure if this is a scam site but iam fuming .

So far one of the best agent out there, they have the best exchange rate out of any agents i used. Orders arrives in max 7 days to warehouse. Shiping prices are the same as any other agnets but, there is 40% cupon that helps so much reduce the final price. Customer service support responds the same day, up to multipe times. The only problems I found are Shiping Insurance and withdraws. When i asked cnshoppers employe about insurance he says its for the value of the items, but when i look into chanel (shiping line) it says that only for 40RMB / Kg and no mention of insursnce for full price.

CNShopper is a very pleasant experience overall. The website is well-built, with menus that are easy to navigate. Shopping the homepage is a good experience, and pasting links into the search bar works perfectly.

User interface is one of the best I have seen. It’s very simple, yet effective, compared to other agents which can be crowded. CNShopper is always on the road to improvement, and you can see it with the regular updates.

Customer service team is very helpful, and hours are extensive. Helped me with urging the seller to ship the order out faster.

Shipping cost is reasonable, and shipping time is standard. My package arrived undamaged, and there are so many options to pick for parcel protection.

One problem would be the app, which can be buggy at times, but it is constantly getting better.

I’d recommend CNShopper to anyone looking for a reliable agent without paying insanely high shipping prices.

Honestly speaking, CNshopper is a really good shopping website. It's not that popular but it should be, cause they have a wide variety of products and all of them are of good quality. Their support staff is very helpful and good. There web & app design are very impressive. And the prices at which they sell the products is really great. I bought one product from it, the product came in very good shape, packaging was good too. And the shopping experience was hassle-free. In conclusion, CNshopper is as good as amazon in some ways.
