I have bought multiple items from cm pop/CatMomPop from loungefly to Funkos. The team are always helpful and deliveries have always been well packaged and fast. Will continue to purchase from them. A* retailer.

Everyone at CMPOP are brilliant

Everyone at CMPOP are brilliant. I’ve order so much from them from toys, Funkos and loungeflys, the deals you get are next to none and the vibes from their streams are brilliant. I will continue to buy from them as I trust them with all my orders. CMPOP IS MASSIVE ♥️

eBay Stepped In: Seller Acted "Maliciously" and Forced an Unwanted Sale

Accidentally bid during eBay Live due to interface glitch. Immediately requested cancellation before item was dispatched. Seller refused and forced the sale. Called to explain - they were dismissive and rejected cancellation out of spite. eBay customer service reviewed the situation and sided with me completely, forcing a full refund and investigating the seller. Extremely poor customer service for what should have been a simple pre-dispatch cancellation. Would not recommend.

I'd like to update this review with facts:

Buyer used a live selling platform to win an auction at 10am this morning. Live streams generally have no cancellations due to the auction style bidding.

He was extremely rude to our live streamer causing disruption to the stream.

He requested a cancellation that morning which was under review with our team (we cannot review footage whilst a streamer is live).

He messaged us directly having already raised a case with ebay before giving us the opportunity to review. We asked him what ebay had said and we were reviewing it, this is at 3pm.

He then threatened us over messages as we hadn't responded quick enough, saying that he was going to leave negative reviews across our socials unless we cancelled, as you can see from his reviews on here it does seem to be a trend with this gentleman.

He then sought out a personal number for one of our staff members which he found online, he called them at 8pm at night and began to berate them. Our staff member was in the process of explaining it was under review when the gentleman used an application on his phone that started recording the call. The staff member asked him not too record and the gentleman hung up the phone.

So to summarise:

Had buyers remorse
Allowed no time before reporting to ebay to rectify
Threatened to leave negative reviews
Wasn't responded to fast enough so phoned a staff members mobile at 8pm at night.
Leaves negative reviews across the Internet.

For reference the item was £8.99 including postage and our team were instructed to cancel it in the morning.

Unfortunate to take our first ever bad review but this one at least we know its someone all businesses should avoid. We have been assured he'll be removed from the platform for his behavior and we've blocked his number for our employees safety.

Massive red flags here 🚩 Avoid 🚩
