I spent quite a bit a money on numerous builds and ordered the wrong handguards for one of them which cost more than the ones I actually needed I said I would just like the correct ones pretty simple fix and shipped back on my dollar. No cmmg wanted to charge me a restocking fee (for what there in used and in new condition and I buying the correct parts from them) long story short they gave me the run around and are not doing the right thing here. I would not recommend buying any of there products given this they would be very likely to give you a hard time on a warranty claim or something similar to this

The customer service rep that assisted you did confirm internally that we could waive the restocking fee for you but asked if you could order the correct handguards once your RMA was shipped to us and we could credit the full refund back to you once the return was received and checked in.
Our customer service manager will be reaching out to you via email to waive and refund that restocking fee due to the confusion on our part. Sorry again for the mixup, we hope we get the chance to earn your business again in the future.

CMMG is my favorite brand to own, not just because the quality of their craftmanship, but also because their customer service is top notch. They respond very quickly, have been very helpful, and just overall pleasant to work with. I now have the Resolute and Banshee, with the next one being the Dissent. CMMG has a customer for life!

CMMG was great service and fast delivery. Ordered the Magpul 30 rd sale special in September (never go wrong with Magpul imoho) and they are great. Later purchased the 40 rd. Great to have some mags specifically for my 300BLK CMMG Banshee. Absolutely love that gun!

Very sorry to hear about the feeding issues you encountered and that selling seemed to be the only recourse you had. While we normally strive to provide answer right away, I did see that there was an internal note from the customer service rep assisting you asking for recommendations/next steps to best assist you that was still pending an answer from a tech or management.

With July 1st fastly approaching and having a wonderful Democratic Governor that thinks its okay to trample on our Constitutional Rights CCMG answered my emails promptly and accurately before purchasing 2 lowers from them.
