Excellent product really works. I used it for a leather recliner. It was amazing my 35 year old leather chair looks brand new. So happy with this product

I tred to order products from this company but items appeared on the account -shipping ins that l had not requested ,Impossible to amend order.Company said they cleared my acct but took no action Totally dishonest -care if you chose to deal with them

Your prompt reply and professional advise enabled me to achieve my objective which was to restore the colour of the leather on my as a result of damage by a favourite grandson.

I used the clydes color balm on my 1990 toyota supra seats. Turn out so rich, trick i used a quality paint brush to apply.

Product outperformed my expectations.

The product was the exact match and covered the spot of color that had rubbed off perfectly

This worked really well on my sun bleached couch. Was easy to apply although it took around 3 100ml tubs to cover a seater couch

I was very impressed with the communication, the detailed instructions on how each product was applied ( and why) and the final result. What seemed daunting first became easy.

This company is an absolute scam. I ordered the leather recolouring balm and noticed after the order had gone through that shipping protection had been added at an extra cost despite me unticking that option. I asked for this to be changed and was told they couldn't refund part of an order but I could cancel the whole order and repurchase. I asked for this to be done and was told a manager would contact me to cancel the order. The next day I got a notification stating that the order had been shipped despite asking for it to be cancelled. When I queried this it took another day to get past their frustrating customer service bot to who I can only assume is the only actual customer service human, Tina Phillips, as she is mentioned in several other reviews here. I was told that the only option would be to pay for international postage to return it, after which they would issue a refund. From the poor grammar displayed in communication and the fact that the email signature block said they had a higher Trustpilot score than they do, I have serious doubts this is a legitimate business and not just drop shipped crap from China. This company is a SCAM, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Customer service was top notch. I ordered the wrong product and they stood behind their promise of giving me an RMA and allowing me to order the right color. It worked perfectly. Thank you! Outstanding quality.

Great product and fast delivery to australua

No stars for service and website. Unknown what product quality will be (I suspect good). Bought a kit I picked what I thought was White on their colour chart but was a greyish called Taupe. Also bought a couple of other things. After 10 frustrating emails and getting the same reply over and over, i still cannot exchange the colour unless I pay an additional $60 or so. Weird and ultra confusing discount and cash-back system. Horrid communication in all.
EDIT 10/02/25: eventually received email: "White on its way - no need to return anything" after I had posted the Taupe back at $26 postage.
Will add stars once received and if product worth the hassle

Company agreed to a return then provide a broken link to print the return label. So many requests to sort it and even responses apologizing, but still not fixed.
Worst customer service!

This appears to be a rip off company. I ordered product, was given delivery dates, after 6 weeks still no product. emailing them resulted in promises to have someone call or contact this never happened. They now ship me a second order, charged the same amount, which if it ever shows up make this a VERY expense product. Calls to them go unanswered. Not BBB approved company. Be aware of dealing with them.

Quick delivery easy product to use

Pretty good color match up, but it would be even better if they knew the color for each car model. The touch up paint is light, but that is good because it is better to do less and apply more then to apply it and it be over done.

Dark Navy-Blue leather restore product worked wonders on my 2007 Volvo V70R seats. Seats were fairly dry and had cracks- didn't expect a Brand-New look, but the balm really made the seats appear about 80% of New. Color was really close to the original dye. Fast shipping and a decent price. Buy with confidence.

Website and customer service were great in assuring we had the right product in sufficient quantities for the job at hand. Colour balm and conditioner were easy to apply. Our previously 'pink' couch ( from fading) was restored to its former beautiful red colour after applying.

Absolutely amazing product! I used the maroon recoloring balm and my 2 red leather couches look new again! Great product to use and very easy to apply.
