My Ferrari F430 cluster backlight started failing and night driving became a pain. I didn’t want a guesswork repair, so I used Cluster Repairs UK. The process was straightforward, communication was clear, and the turnaround was solid. The cluster came back with the illumination even and bright again—no dim patches, no flicker, and it looks factory-correct. Packed well after advice given, fitted back in easily, and it’s been perfect since. If you want a proper specialist repair, these guys know what they’re doing.

I called these people to discuss the ‘symptoms’ I was having with my Ford Focus & that I wanted to rule in / rule out the instrument cluster as being the cause.

I explained the faults, gave them the fault codes & they said they were sure my cluster was faulty.

I advised them that the cluster had previously been repaired 8 years earlier but that the repair was a real simple one to the main connector soldered joints only.

They advised me £119+vat for a ‘full’ recondition / repair or £39+vat test fee if the cluster was found to be not faulty.

I agreed to drop the unit to them (in Waltham Abbey) that day so as to not prolong the 2-3 days required to recondition / repair it.

On arrival at their premises I was told that they didn’t know anything about my cluster so could I explain again what the issue was, which I did but half way through the explanation I was interrupted & asked for my contact details (which I had already stuck on a post it note selotaped to the cluster).

I left the cluster with them on a Wednesday afternoon but hadn’t heard anything by Tuesday so phoned them to be told it’s it’s not 2-3 days but 5-7 days & that they’ll phone me when they have some news.

I then received a call 1 hour later telling me that my cluster had previously been ‘tampered with, it was not calibrated & my post it note didn’t explain what was wrong with it’……….

Despite this, they said they could still recondition it but they could not guarantee that it was actually faulty & that their repair might not cure my symptoms.

When I asked why they can’t just test it & advise me of the outcome they said that they can’t bench test them……….

When I asked why I was quoted £39+vat to do so, the man became very aggressive, told me I wasn’t listening to him & he started accusing me of being dishonest……….

We ended up having a heated exchange and I told him to forget it & I’ll collect the cluster untouched.

10 minutes later I received another call to advise me that they had ‘wiped the codes’ which I didn’t ask for or agree for them to do so not sure why they even called me as it made no difference to the shambles of the situation.

I collected my cluster today at no charge but what an awful experience from a very unprofessional company & a total waste of my time.

I am always nervous when companies declare warranties for repairs. Past experience has shown that some companies do their best to wriggle out of warranty repairs.

Although the first repair did not quite work the company took the cluster back, repaired it and refunded the additional postage. Can't fault that.

I had had quotes to fix/replace the cluster on my Skoda Yeti ranging from £400 to £2,000 Cluster Repairs repaired it quicker and cheaper than their own quote, which was less than half of what I had been quoted previously. Highly recommended.

Really good! Easy ordering process online to fix a flickering backlight on Audi instrument clusters. Had other quotes and these were by far the most reasonable. Job completed and returned quickly, refit myself and they have trouble free ever since.

Absolutely fantastic service. Sent a BMW 2 Series instrument cluster on Saturday afternoon, and I received a text message Monday afternoon to let me know they had received my part. On Wednesday, they called me to tell me it's all done and I will receive it on Thursday.

The whole process was seamless and professional. I spoke to them twice, and on both occasions, they were very polite, professional, and very helpful.

Used Cluster Repairs Uk which was recommended by a friend who works for KwickFit and I must say that my overall experience was nothing short of perfect. Had a very rare issue with my cluster and a few places local to me couldn’t help me, but I called Cluster Repairs Uk and John was very happy to help and was advised to send my cluster in for a test. Once my cluster was tested , the fault was found and someone from the administration team called me back the day it arrived , and was able to tell me the notes written by the technicians in which they identified the fault, and thankfully they were able to repair it at a very reasonable price. I can’t fault the customer service and both members of staff I spoke to were friendly and very helpful.

It was all fixed and sent out last Thursday and I received it Friday morning. I posted it on Tuesday so the service was very quick but most importantly, Cluster Repairs Uk fixed my cluster have had no issues since!
