Great customer support, always on hand. System is not as mature and we had to spend a lot of time with there support to fix things

They come load features. That's easy to manage. I moved from another similar service to ClusterCS. I was very impressed by the services I received at ClusterCS. I have a website that I was working on. The site loading speed was too slow. So, I went to ClusterCS live support chat to ask if guys at ClusterCS can help me install Opcode and other cache technology that going to help improve my site performance.

Then, Ionut helps me install anything that I want. Also, he takes a look at my site. He gave me all the advice on how to improve my site performance. Then, he also spent a number of hours help me configure the ClusterCS panel and my site caches. Now my site performs about 4X better than before.

For many years of making the website and hosting experiences. Never really once I get someone at the tech support that knows what he is doing. Usually, when I have a problem I went to live chat. The tech support will redirect me to one of their outdated blogs tutorial or they will create a ticket for the problem. Then, I either have to go figure myself, google it or whatever. Or have to wait about a day for the reply of the ticket then another day of communicating on the ticket to resolve the problem. Sometimes make it worst was the issue cannot resolve they have to assist to level 2 or level 3 ticket. That's mean a few more days or weeks.

So when I trying to get live chat tech support at ClusterCS. I was taken by surprise. The team not only very knowledgeable, friendly and the most important they are ego to help. I went to live chat just to ask if someone can help me install something on my VPS. I don't expect Ionut will spend hours with me to help me and do all the setup for me, explains everything to me.

Summarize:
I really recommend ClusterCS to anyone who needs the service. People at ClusterCS know what they were doing. I tried many similar services. So far, I am most satisfied with ClusterCS. FYI: They offer a free plan with almost full Cluster feature. So, it worth trying.

Pros: Support is great with quick responses.

Cons:

1. Server setup takes too much time (a few hours) compared to less than 20 to 30 min setup time of serverpilot/runcloud. (tried on Linode and Japan based VPS provider)

2. Server setup often fails. I tried twice, the last setup failed to install PHP (used clustercs's preferred image). Due to this, I never was able to even install WordPress (it just took too much time...)

3. To use cluster, additional $150 is required (you may get discount based on your budget) aside from $7/server/month. If $7 includes cluster support, it could have been better.

4. It doesn't have script installation support. You always have to wget or download the script. Serverpilot/runcloud has easy script installation support.

Overall, I was really excited when I found the service. But after kept failing to setup servers, waited hours and hours, I decided to jump on to SiteGround Cloud which supports scaling (auto scaling too).

Clustercs has lived above expectation for me in many areas. Am a developer who is very keen on performance. Since I migrated to clustercs in 2015, I can say they are one of the best companies you can entrust with your business.

Clustercs team provide excellent service and are prompt to attend to issues.

Why ClustercCS?

I have been using their platform for more than 7 months, and i was plesantly surprised from the beginning about their support team , how quickly they were solving my issues and answering my questions.

They have a smart load balancing tool, which can ensure high availability , by offering network traffic distribution services.

One of the best control panels out there, fast and reliable without so many unneeded options (like cPanel for example).

Fast way to manage clusters 10/10 Would recommend.

5 stars! Wonder why? Simple. They have excellent support, their product is blazing fast, they handle the entire software on the server while you can work on your business or ... just relax I guess.

I've been using ClusterCS for the past 6 - 7 months and it really was the best business decision I've took. Now I can just focus on my websites and really be creative, without having to worry about the server, the configuration, the security etc.

I am a blogger for the past 2 years. Being a blogger, I come across a lot of companies and people. Some are helpful, some not so much.
And then I happened to find ClusterCS.
The best thing I found about ClusterCS as a person totally unaware of how stuff works were the technical support and the swift response the guys provide. There has been no time when I am left with any issue unresolved.
The interface is neat, the support team is amazing, and my business is flourishing, all thanks to clusterCS
