Great communications from ordering to dispatch and delivery. Great machine - Sage Dual Boiler with Sage Grinder as package. A most excellent price. A present to myself after much debate…I’m really pleased with myself and Clumsy Goat. Thank you.

Beautiful wee pot!
Quick delivery, Moka pot is a thing of beauty, still getting to grips with how to get the best out of it. Coffee beans are good tho I’m not sure they quite match up to the flavour description (hence 4 instead of 5⭐️) but that might just be me I suppose.

A different experience
From their website they advertise for a rapid delivery within 2-3 days.
I made a purchase on 28th of December for 900£ and still waiting for the delivery. I called them today on 3rd of January and they replied that the order is still with them and I cant get it until Monday which will be 10 days after the purchase. This is the worst costumer service I have ever seen or dealt with.
If I knew this would be the situation, I would never ordered from them, and definitely I’m not willing to order from them in future.
My order number is ORDER CG71661.
P.S. Apologies for being rude, but I do not want your apologies, I wanted my coffee machine on time. I called on 2nd of January on Thursday morning and you already told me sorry then and that you will make the shipment today and it will be delivered tomorrow on 3rd of January. On 3rd of January, I called again and you told me that it is not being shipped yet and will not be delivered until Monday.
P.S.
There is a person called Louise from Clumsy Goat Customer Service who is amazing and very professional. He literally emailed everyday asking for the resolution of my problems, was following up the issues and was a perfect listener.
Because of him and his professional approach I changed my review from 1 star to 5 star.

Thank you for your feedback. Firstly please accept our apologies for the delay. We really appreciate you trusting us with your order and we’re incredibly sorry that it hasn’t reached you sooner.
A combination of the festive bank holidays and general increase in order volumes around the festive break had pushed the lead time back slightly from our usual expected time frame, again we’re so sorry for this.
Your order should be with you tomorrow. With your order being placed on Sunday the 29th at 12:12am and accounting for the New Years bank holiday, this would make it 5 working days. Again we’re so sorry for the time taken, it is longer that our advertised 2-3 working day delivery aim and not the service we would want you to receive.
We’ll be checking the tracking tomorrow and our service team will be reaching out too, as we’d like to apologise personally and see if there’s anything further we can do to help. Of course in the meantime if you need help with anything, please don’t hesitate to get in touch at hello@clumsygoat.co.uk, or by calling us on 01706 452922 (office hours Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm, excluding bank holidays).

What a fabulous company
What a fabulous company! I bought a coffee machine which arrived quickly but I realised it was in the wrong colour due to my error - white not the pepper yellow! Surprisingly, I was able to speak to someone in the phone and Lauryn was fantastic - she accepted my mistake and arranged for a swap which arrived in no time and in time for Christmas! We love the coffee maker too - looks great and tastes great. Old fashioned customer service at its best!

Can’t fault their service
Can’t fault their service. Ordering process was easy. Received confirmation email but then received another email saying I hadn’t completed the order.
Spoke with Kate who sorted it all out.
Within an hour had an email to say order was out for dispatch.
Sage barista express impress turned up the next day.
Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Very helpful staff who followed through with what they agreed (I need delivery on a specific day). The machine itself (rachilio Silva V6) is a great machine and hasn't disappointed. Highly recommend using clumsy goat!

Great service except for the delivery via Amazon which was a complete shambles. Not tried the coffee yet but I expect to be suitably impressed. As others have said, it is nice to be asked gently for a review.

We bought the Sage Dual Boiler/grinder…
We bought the Sage Dual Boiler/grinder package - it came promptly and in perfect condition. I'm upgrading from a Sage Barista Express, so all I have to do now is work out how to use it! I also bought some Columbian coffee while I was at it, and that, in combination with the new machine, produced a pretty punchy drink. I have found all communications from Clumsy Goat polite and friendly - asking for a review rather than demanding one was appreciated. I've now ordered a selection of their other coffees - could be the start of a lovely friendship!

Dextrous goat?
I'm happy with the product, the speed and courtesy of the shipping, and the gentle encouragement, rather than outright demand, to write a review (I have a bit of a thing about writing for free). I didn't really detect any clumsiness at all, and certainly wish the goat well!!!
